Mumsnet demo TOMORROW

Who is up for a protest outside Random House/Vermillion (who publish that book) TOMORROW? It will be in London. Possibly wearing gags (silenced by xxx).

I wish I could help - but at 200 miles away and having taken loads of time off for hospital visits in the last few weeks (I do mean LOADS) it just can't be done.

Ok, if we made it NOON could more people make it?

Please can everyone who sees this post it at the top of all the other threads to try and rustle up more takers? I can't say here for obvious reasons why this day/location is important, but it really is, honest!

And massive thanks to JARM who has worked really hard on this while I've been bobbing in and out.

HOw many so far? I'm worried that a short notice demo is not going to be representative of how widely used MN is... please don't go ahead unless you get a respectable number of confirmed attendances.

right have just asked my techy dh to look at the computer and the e-mail function etc and he can find no reason why i am not recieving these e-mails.unless ntl are somehow blocking them without our knowledge.it's a mystery.

awww really wish you were there hunker.... i can understand though - hence dad will be with me if this thing ever lifts off - which the way things stand at the moment, it wont.

i am really sorry i can't come .there is no way i can get myself and 2 children to london from manchester for 10am without spending huge amounts of money i don't have.( trains hotel etc)
