I too, am at a loss at what to say, but am at the whole saga - especially for those at Mumsnet Towers. I think it's a very sad state of affairs and the loss of freedom of speech is desperate. Where will it end?

there are ways we could help, not by giving money, not by giving support, but we could start up threads on here promoting every childcare book by every other author but the one we aren't allowed to mention. By promoting the alternatives, we can try to steer people in alternative directions without having to mention the name of the person we are not allowed to name. MN have agreed that we will not discuss this person specifically, so imo what we should do is discuss all the competitors, we're not doing anything wrong, after all we're not allowed to promote either. And I am writing to the bbc as we speak...

Thinking of ways to help, at least with the cost of litigation would be for all of us to subscribe. Even if you give just £1 it's better than nothing and could do a huge difference.

Now, problem is... I believe my subscription is overdue and I can't find the link to renew it.
