Funny how no other parenting "gurus" have found it necessary to gag parenting sites though.

Surely part of growing up is learning to accept different points of view and criticism.

Wannabe, tbh, I am fairly sure that we should be held accountable for the things we say. IMO it is important that people know they cannot say anything they like about anyone, with no thought as to what the consequences may be! I am sure however, that it is not right for the host/organiser to be held accountable for it!

Good work, sobernow. I see this as potentially perfect for Private Eye, actually. Has just the right proportions of ludicrousness oddness and legitimate moral indignation, imo.

does anyone else who is a member on other forums want to post the link to the petition.

Doesn't have to be a parenting website - this issue could just as easily affect people talking about a famous business, fashion, gardening, car, or computer guru.
