i can stay coralled in there and not bother the card makers ( alwasy very good natured)
the mogglers( ditto)

promise I will occupy myself with bicarb and smelly wahign machines

exactly - pruni is peddling the cello (cos she's selling it and is hence the pedlar), but I'd need a way to get to Dorset without a car, so I would be pedalling it!

white spirit? (test on hidden area first in case it take the colour out of the leather)

or there's some great stuff called De-Solve-It (from tesco etc) which takes most stains out of most things - do a colour test though as it's pretty potent. Also smells randomly of oranges...

NEED HELP QUICK.

How can I get green felt tip out of a brown leather footstool ? DD drew over DB's footstool at the weekend and they can't seem to get it out.
Anyone got any idea's ? Have tried ordering them a new one but they don't make that particular sofa anymore so I can't get a new one ordered.

household tip 57645 :- smotherdry crispy flip flop worn feet in body shop hemp cream and sheath in a cotton sock overnight ...result - soft supple tootsies.
Known amoungst otters chums as simply ' cream and sheath'

Can we talk about storage and organising things on the potential housekeeping thread?

I am a complete slattern about cleaning, but like everything to have a home (even though I don't often put things away!).

I would like to aspire to being a clean and tidy person.
