Maybe they have minature pcs in their watches that are always on MN and when a complaint is sent via MN, it beeps at them! Then they consult via a little vid cam in the watch and decide what to do!

Can MN tell who is lurking and when?
How come they react to complaints so quickly? Do they have alarms about their person that summon them back to the office pronto?
