Need instructions for posting a picture.

I've not done a picture before for member profiles so need step-by-step instructions. DH and I aren't sure whether to do the picture first then message or the other way round.

Thanks. We managed to send a picture so if I do a message, then hit "post message" they should appear together, right?

it doesn't matter which way round you do it!

but do both before you hit post message
