I think a certain kind of cynicism sets in when you pass the "I've been here longer than 18 mths" barrier
At first I would have replied to an offer to slit my throat and sell my kids as I was soo into the new ness of mn, but now I'm mostly bored.
I mean once you've finished breast feeding, out of cloth nappies and have no need of earth friendly sanitary aids, what else is there left to get het up about on here?
Can I bang on about what a genius my ds is?

I'm not a fan of member profiles either. I'd never expect anyone to be interested in me or my kids.
I quite like the 'how disgusting is this...?' type threads because they can be funny.

I'll join too, if I may, despite the fact that for the first time in 6 years, I don't have to go into work tomorrow morning.

Dd has been getting overtired at nursery and was in meltdown at bedtime. Screamed so much she made herself wheeze.
