WHY CAN'T I ADD PICS??

to my member profile?? just tried to do it and there's no option for doing it - is it this computer's naff?

Wonder if you can help me too. I wan't to post a piccie, but don't know how to make the file smaller. I am trying to show a picture taken on Diggy camera and saved on PC.
