DD Didn't get all A*

My DD did her year 10 mocks and on one of the papers she got under an A. I read the paper (English Lit) and I am certain that is was an A, as she has such a good vocabularlrly but the school wont change it despite my calls

I feel this is unfair!!!!!!!!!!

It was a mock exam? You need to ask for feedback on how to get her real grade up to an A instead of complaining about this grade.
