When will councils post their Y7 accepted distances? (London)

My DD is Y5 so I am keenly watching this year's acceptances to see if we have any chance to get into our top choice schools next year. At what point is that information made public? I don't see anything on the council websites.

Edit: Sorry, I mean offer distances.

Has anyone found the Islington one?

Wow! Thank you!

This is last year's:
Acland Burghley School 0.85
Camden School for Girls
Band A: 0.90
Band B: 1.06
Band C: 0.71
Band D: 0.36
Hampstead School n/a
Haverstock School n/a
La Sainte Union Catholic School n/a
Maria Fidelis School FCJ n/a
Parliament Hill School 1.17
Regent High School 1.63
UCL Academy 2.01
William Ellis School 2.17

Interesting Parli is getting more and more popular year in year despite dipping birth rates

Edited

I was hoping Parli had expanded, not contracted! We’re definitely out of range.

Interesting! Are these a bit wider than last years in case of camden school for gjrls?

I've posted 2023 figures. Seems this year all bands, except band A, shrunk. Probably siblings.

@Foxesandsquirrels

I emailed the council last night and surprisingly I had the data waiting for me in an email this morning!

Acland Burghley - 0.93
Parliament Hill - 1.14
Regent High - 1.49
Camden School for Girls
Band A - 0.95
Band B - 0.91
Band C - 0.49
Band D - 0.36

Hampstead, Haverstock, La Sainte Union, Maria Fidelis, UCL, William Ellis all had no distance cut-off.

Wow! Thank you!

I've been trying to find Camden's for ages, normally it's there but nothing this year! @MagPiedPiper

I guess I'm glad it's not just me who can't find it??

Mobey78 · 07/03/2024 21:03

What are the different bands for?

MagPiedPiper · 07/03/2024 20:57

I see that Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster have theirs up (though a bit burried) at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/sites/default/files/media/documents/How%20places%20were%20offered%20at%20bi-borough%20secondary%20schools%20-%201%20March%202024.pdf

I'm looking for Camden, but can't seem to find it. Can't tell if it's buried, I'm blind, or if it's just not there!

So has Haringey

SaltBlossom · 07/03/2024 19:54

Barnet already has

Spreadsheetsrock · 07/03/2024 19:26

Richmond already have - I think they did it on the 1st. I think they provide distances for cutoff on National Offer Day and then update it once more later in the year based on furthest distance offered at the start of September.

piglet81 · 07/03/2024 14:00

I’m desperate to know too (we’re only y4 but I need to work out whether we need to think about moving house). Hope it’s soon so I can update my spreadsheet 😆
