Time capsule house with pool

a real time capsule but sadly probably a developer will just come along and rip it all out.
the swimming pool was a real surprise but may be removed so there is a family sized garden, not many want a swimming pool as opposed to a family garden

Some of the colours were awful,there was one called "whisky" it was hideous.

Was that the colour of Butterscotch Angel Delight (before they removed artificial colours and it wasn't all pallid )

Shagadelic. That house has been someone’s pride and joy back in the day. I hope they find someone to love it back to life.

Edited to add I’ve just noticed the gold flock wallpaper round the fireplace. That’s a blast from the past as Mam had that in our tiny house accessorised with a gold and purple swirly carpet. It was proper psychedelic overload especially as the lounge was about 2 foot square. Yeah baby!

The carpet looks like pickle slices

I thought it looked like a pond with huge lily pads - like the ones at Kew Gardens. I would have to leap from one to another to cross the room….

Thats my old next door neighbour, never went in their house.
The houses are fab, especially for parties, the view is good too... but that needs £££ spent on it!

I assume it belonged to an elderly person? The pool seems at odds with the rest of the house though.

I actually love the colour of the corner bath although I would redo the flooring (pink toilet roll anyone). Kinda like the kiwi-fruit carpet, but would need plainer walls. House has potential, definitely.
