Question about ctc cuts - disability element

I have 3 dc and one receives dla, I receive an additional amount in my ctc because of this. Has anything been said about this being cut? Cant find anything about it.

Also, what is the threashold for ctc cuts, have read £25k, £30k, £40k, does anyone know? and if it is as low as £25k would it be cut completely or would you still receive something albeit a smaller amount.

40K limit on CTC too, thats higher than i expected!

A medical assessment for DLA from next year - so, no cuts for those in need (thumbs up)

im a single parent so not a high income but worried aboout other cuts and vat on fuel etc, our WAV is a total gas guzzler but i filled it up this morning just incase!

Thanks for replying glittery. Its so worrying isnt it. I had to give up work years ago because of my dd and although i receive ca its no-where near what i was earning. DH salary is around £27k so i'm desperately hoping the threashold is above that.

think it is the family element part (£545?) that they are talking about means testing, they havent given an actual figure yet for the cut off point. fingers crossed, we get DLA part too so i am glued to the telly all afternoon!
