so if another election was called tomorrow, would you still vote the same?

I think there are probably quite a lot of people that wouldn't.

A lot of disilusioned people no longer believing in their respective parties (loss of support on all sides imho).

so - would you?

Would you in fact vote at all?

I'd change my vote. I voted Monster Raving Loony Party. I thought we were in with a chance, but it turned out to be a wasted vote. It was the unfair voting system that robbed us, we need PR desperately. I'm waiting for STV, then it'll be a different story. If we had our vote again, I'd choose the party that was the closest to sharing our platform, the Labour Party.

I'd vote the same way (Lib Dem), but would be happier doing so with proportinal representation in place.

Tories were my second choice, and I'm pleased with the new outcome. I hope the two parties will balance each other nicely. The Tories can bring experience, and the Lib Dems new and less, well, conversative, ideas to the table.

Still vote for Lib Dmes. Don't think CClegg had any choice but to go into Coalition with Cameron. Definitely a wise move for Britain, at least we have a decent Deputy.

I would vote Tory again. Our local Tory MP is very good and I agree with their policies nationally.

I would also revert to labour from lib dem. I'm pretty disgusted by how Clegg has conducted himself in lastfew days. Someone described him as a harlot, too bloody right. I fear any hopes of parliamentary reform will be dashed by the Daily Mail esque media scaremongering over hung parliaments forever.

Would vote Labour again, (and Green in the local elections, because there was no Labour candidate).
Have voted Lib-Dem in the past, as Labour are no-hopers in this constituency, (and also because Lib-Dems opposed Iraq war) but from here on, I would say a Lib-Dem Vote is a Tory Vote and I just couldn't stray that far from my socialist principles.

Oh god no!
I have always been a labour voter but moved to an area 2 years ago with huge con majority seat. Decided if anyone here was going to swing one way then it would be lib dem so voted for them. Have to say I spent at least 10 minutes in the polling booth looking a right twat as I fought with myself!!
Oh god, what have I done! TBH though, it was still a huge con win here so I feel it's not totally down to me but I am still haunted with guilt.
I love GB (I know that's a bit sad!!) and I hope now he gets a chance to have a bit of bloody time with his family. Well done Gordon.

I am really torn. I am not sure why people who voted Lib Dem feel so betrayed; I admire Nick Clegg's integrity in that he always said he would go along with the wishes of the nation and negotiate with whoever had the most support, and that is what he has done, despite opposition (and probably not really wanting to himself). Yes, I'm a bit gutted that it looks as though David Spamface is going to be our next PM but on the plus side we will probably have Lib Dems in the Cabinet, which is something of a result, particularly if it means a change to the voting system next time.

On the other hand it was really close here between all three parties, but the Tories won, with Labour second, so I do wonder whether I should have voted Labour just to keep the Tories out. I have always voted Lib Dem and strongly feel that I cannot vote for a party who took us to war illegally, but better that than the Tories. Argh. Overall I'm happy that I voted as I did and would probably do the same next time.

This is the first time ever they've actually had a chance to enact any of those policies that I agree with; why would I not want that?

I voted LD because I have a very good MP, and I agree with their policies, but I never thought for one minute that they'd sell-out and cosy up to the Tories. So, no, I'd vote Labour tomorrow.
