Gap has narrowed again. Labour can't do it but if it closes its not a bad thing. esp when you add in friendly parties.

dd2 was shouting down with Tories all the way to school. Saw her teacher and he has been up all night . They are going to have a long day !

I just know I'm not going to get any work done today, just like yesterday. Can't settle to anything. Will just have to catch up over the weekend.

Hope everyone's DCs are ok what with the broken arms and asthma attacks and everything.

My DD1 has just been diagnosed with asthma so will no doubt soon be expanding my circle of MN mates .

"the markets" were the ones who predicted that the minimum wage would bring Communist style chaos to the labour market and bring the UK to its knees.

Look where that ended up.

And now "the markets" are all running around shrieking like girlies because someone in Greece has chucked a few petrol bombs and the UK electorate thinks labour actually aren't that bad after all.

Get a backbone you feebleists!

Impressed that some of you were up all night

We went to bed and watched it until conked out at about 1.30. Stayed up that late only as DH off today so don't have to wrangle the kids on my own!

Brown can't hang on, surely? Clegg made it pretty plain that he wouldn't work with him.
