I'm loving Sunderland's Labour Ladies!

MissMarjoribanks · 06/05/2010 23:25

I am edging closer to the stale fags in the drawer. DH is out, ffs. But going outside to have one would involve leaving DS alone in the house and he's a bit little.

MmeLindtChocBrownies · 06/05/2010 23:25

LOL at the Tory trader. Bless.

policywonk · 06/05/2010 23:25

LBB - gah.

expatinscotland · 06/05/2010 23:25

I'm a good shot, too, Beach. Grew up in a gun-toting, Conservative place.

PinkFuschia · 06/05/2010 23:24

Sophable - are you saying that Esther will get in in Luton South?

LadycAshcroft · 06/05/2010 23:24

The next big one is apprently Edgbaston at 0:45.

Northernlurker I think Miliband is with George Osborne and Lembit Opik in hiding.

SpringHeeledJack · 06/05/2010 23:24

Aranea · 06/05/2010 23:24

PfftThePinkoLeftyDragon · 06/05/2010 23:24

sunderland 2 in

Jaquelinehyde · 06/05/2010 23:24

I'm waiting for the Hastings and Rye seat to be announced before I even consider bed.

It's my old constituancy and a marginal lab/conservative. Been lab for the last 13 years - Michael Foster and he is a wonderful MP regardless of political party. The conservative lady Amber bloody Rudd ran in Liverpool last time and lost, and was placed at Hastings to contest the seat. No local connections, and no reason to do the best for the area. Makes me bloody furious...wish I hadn't changed my electoral registration only 1% between them apparently!

policywonk · 06/05/2010 23:24

coolfonz - looks like it won't be over for several weeks, once the lawyers get their hands on it. apparently Harman has been on R4 talking about legal challenges because of the people who haven't been able to vote.

Nick Clegg going to apologise IN PERSON to people in Sheffield who couldn't get to vote - that's because he knows all their names!

jenny60 · 06/05/2010 23:23

Just realised DH is at the other end of the sofa . I waved: too busy with laptop, iphone, normal phone, twitter, mn and 2 xTVs. Oh and wine. Feel soooooooo sorry for people who have to work tomorrow. I don't start 'til 2

LadyBlaBlah · 06/05/2010 23:23

Just wandered over to anxious Tory thread, and here is an actual quote

"Dh will be trading short sterling from 1am. We're nervous yet hopeful."

Pmsl

Pendelum
Have been looking here for your answer. Am getting the threads confused. How weird with the daffys.

Heathcliffscathy · 06/05/2010 23:22

but you know she'll get elected, because everyone votes for the most famous person (except michael portillo, who I think has turned out to be rather human myself! maybe it was coming out).
