Just starting this so that we can all post our thoughts throughout the day.

My wish for today is that as many people as possible GO OUT AND VOTE.

I cannot vote as I have been living abroad for over 15 years so if anyone wants to vote for me, I would like to vote for Gordon Brown. Voting by MN proxy

When I am in this mood anything can happen.

Theres a lot of twittering about exit polls is it just convention not to discuss them before the polls close or the law??

toccatanfudge · 06/05/2010 20:47

yes I was up until 3.30 this morning due to shite exH last night. urghh I WILL stay up at least until 3am though.........

HalfMumHalfBigot · 06/05/2010 20:42

Please send me staying awake vibes. DD was up lots last night and I really want to stay awake for some election antics.

MmeLindtChocBrownies · 06/05/2010 20:41

It has recovered a bit. Down 400.

Slightly distracted by the BIG hair of the NY correspondent on BBC News.

BeenBeta · 06/05/2010 20:38

mspotato - watching on CNBC. They say it was a programme trading glitch on the Dow but the market is still heavily down and extremely volatile even without that.

mspotatochip · 06/05/2010 20:28

1000 point drop jaysus

toccatanfudge · 06/05/2010 20:25
