Just starting this so that we can all post our thoughts throughout the day.

My wish for today is that as many people as possible GO OUT AND VOTE.

I cannot vote as I have been living abroad for over 15 years so if anyone wants to vote for me, I would like to vote for Gordon Brown. Voting by MN proxy

I nearly had an overwhelming urge to punch Michael Gove in the face. Used to love his column though.

I think what's happened is that people have gone back to what they know, so abandoned lib dems. However, there's still a while to go.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 06/05/2010 22:10

can't stand Michael Gove !

i LOVE THE SUNDERLAND BIT.

oops.

DreamsInBinary · 06/05/2010 22:09

I love the Sunderland zeal, SecretLemonadeDrinker

MumofOscar · 06/05/2010 22:09

I googled it!

read this

Cartoose · 06/05/2010 22:08

Or me

OhYouBadBadKitten · 06/05/2010 22:08

true Fowl.

if it is accurate, makes you see the point of electoral reform.

makemeacupoftea · 06/05/2010 22:08

Gibber gibber,oh god, and theres only gin in the house

whifflegarden · 06/05/2010 22:08

Oh dear. This would be the worst possible outcome

NoahAndTheWhale · 06/05/2010 22:07

No one asked me so obviously exit poll not accurate

BertieBotts · 06/05/2010 22:07

exit poll is where they ask people who have just voted who they voted for

But they don't ask everyone in all constituencies so might not be accurate

bratnav · 06/05/2010 22:07

interesting

Madsometimes · 06/05/2010 22:07

I'm going say something unpopular. I like Michael Gove.

Cartoose · 06/05/2010 22:07

People leaving polls being asked who they voted for MumofOscar

ASecretLemonadeDrinkerDAVE · 06/05/2010 22:07

Suprised but chuffed with lib dem outcome so far. Pissing myself watching the Sunderland pople running with their boxes!

TheFowlAndTheBallotBox · 06/05/2010 22:06

Exit polls are bum anyway. The '92 one was utter tosh.

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 06/05/2010 22:06

If it is true I reckon people lost their nerve.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 06/05/2010 22:05

oddly enough am not suprised - lib dem will come second almost everwhere I reckon.

DreamsInBinary · 06/05/2010 22:05

What's the understood % accuracy of the exit polls?

SeaShellsOnTheSeaShore · 06/05/2010 22:05

What happened to lib dems?

Anyone have any idea how reliable exit polls are?

InmyheadIminParliament · 06/05/2010 22:04

I'm fearing the worst if these polls are as soft as they say.

Cartoose · 06/05/2010 22:04

What a surprise re the LibDems eh?

MumofOscar · 06/05/2010 22:04

Sorry i know i'm thick but what exactly is an exit [poll?

bratnav · 06/05/2010 22:04

Noooo, that make sno sense

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 06/05/2010 22:04

That exit poll is a surprise.

Labour did better but the Lib Dems did a lot worse than I was expecting.

TheFowlAndTheBallotBox · 06/05/2010 22:03

Exit poll says hung parliament, surely the lib dems will do better than that?
