Oh God - Im a Tory!

Try this link - a questionnaire on major policies. Lets you consider the policies rather than the parties or politicians then shows which party is the closest match to your personal views.

You can opt to look at only 4 areas - I went for all 9 to get a full overview. Only took about 10 mins but has made me think!!!

Turns out I should vote Tory or Green. Always thought I was LD - but did not turn up once!

Equally Green and Tory.

Lib Dem came up once, Ukip once and Labour once.

None the wiser, tbh.

Well, it's not totally about manifesto policies, is it, you also have to make a value judgement on whether you trust the party to implement them; what else they might quietly have up their sleeves; what they'll do if some unexpected media hoo-ha kicks off (eg mephedrone, Dangerous Dogs Act spring to mind)

44.44% Lib Dem........thankfully only Green, Labour and Lib Dems came up at all - phew

2 the green ones were Welfare and immigration

I suspect there's no one party that could be consistent to my own ideas across all areas. And I would imagine it's the same for the majority. I'd like to see electoral reform really to account for this.

Well, I am Green or Lib Dem. No surprise there! Voting Lib Dem though. Great link, thank you, though I could quite easily recognise parties from their policies.

Well, I am mainly Green, equally Tory and Labour.
LD and UKIP came up once each.

My father (dyed in the wool Labour) might never speak to me again!

Shame I am not able to vote - am not British
