So who is actually going to VOTE Lib Dem then?

Because I reckon if everyone who says they agree most with the Lib Dems actually voted for them, they'd have a real chance. So how about it?

I agree they're not ready for Government, but I think they're the party with the power at the moment. Just look at how GB is sucking up to NC. In the event of a hung Parliament (which I am very much hoping happens) the Lib Dems are the ones everyone will want as their friends.

I might - or I might feel compelled to vote tactically (not quite sure how our area is positioned re UKIP/BNP).

I'm not sure they're ready for actual govt (despite what they say) but it would be interesting to have them as a strong partner in a coalition, or as the main opposition party.

I will be voting Lib Dem.

It's currently Tory (only just though think it was something like 600 votes in it) and is apparently one of the ones that Labour is aiming for.........

But I shall still vote Lib Dem, though won't mind if Tory gets in again as he's actually ok

Me. I have a LibDem MP and I want to keep him.

I am. I live in a constituency that could end up with an MP from any of the three main parties.

It's worth voting for what you believe in even if you don't think they'll win overall. At one time we had Whigs and Conservatives and Labour were hardly in existence. It took time for Labour to grow. I think the Lib Dems will steal a significant proportion of the vote in this election, to the extent that they may be real contenders in the next.

But it's a self fulfilling prophecy isn't it? Thankfully I live in a reasonably safe Lib Dem seat so I can go with my instincts without worrying about the tactical consequences.

Gah. Still feel it's a wasted vote, although the policies are the most to my tastes and he seems the most normal.
