TBH none of them are doing it for me. This format is wrong.

A really thorough 90 minute grilling by a Sir Robin Day or Brian Waldon type would have been better.

I thought from the way they answered the 1st few Qs without thinking first that they knew the Qs in advance but apparantly not.

Agree lobster, plus you need reward and incentive in the public sector as much as you do in private. For us that is the occasional glass of wine and nibbles for when we have done something particularly well.
