I have no objection in principle to selling my home to fund my care, if I could afford to buy a home.

It is easier for me to say as my dp is older than me so I am likely to be the last one here out of us.

Sabs1981 · 15/04/2010 21:56

Thanks all. Dimbleby is good...

morningpaper · 15/04/2010 21:56

I quite fancy all of them

Obviously if I was involved with a Tory then DH really wouldn't forgive me though

BeenBeta · 15/04/2010 21:55

Oh thats interesting....... my breadmaker just finished its cycle.

Spidermama · 15/04/2010 21:55

Personally I think family should look after their old people whenever possible but I doubt anyone will say that.

Brollyflower · 15/04/2010 21:55

Why does GB always look sneakily amused? Like he has an ongoing in joke with himself ?

ginghamgiraffe · 15/04/2010 21:55

And Dimbleby won't shout, thank god

Talking about caring now, wonder if DC'll mention Riven.

LittleWhiteWolf · 15/04/2010 21:55

In the world of debates, Dimbleby is king.
I love the power he has over them!

arolf · 15/04/2010 21:55

well said clegg!

TheHeathenOfSuburbia · 15/04/2010 21:55

'I think if everyone who said " I wish the LIb DEMS could get in" actually did vote LIB DEM they probably would get in.'

I agree with wastwinsetandpearls.

TDiddy · 15/04/2010 21:54

DC should have gone for the dishevelled look?

APassionateWoman · 15/04/2010 21:54

Politicans. Shagging. No. I couldnt even think of having sex with any of them.

I'd do Obama at a push.

PortBlacksandDweller · 15/04/2010 21:54

I think the next two should be a bit more active...hopefully they'll look at this one and 'express' themselves a bit more next time.

AmpleBosom · 15/04/2010 21:54

Yeah Fatti Jezza would be all 'Where i come from...'

DuelingFanjo · 15/04/2010 21:54

slapometer

dreamylady · 15/04/2010 21:54

yes WASTWINSET i was talking to DP about this the other day - everyone who would like lib dems to get in should vote for them. tactical voting seems really undemocratic. I suppose if they brought in PR thats what would happen?!

hogshead · 15/04/2010 21:54

Tdiddy - my personal experiences of NHS direct have been very poor so i would probably disagree.

PfftTheMagicDragon · 15/04/2010 21:53

spidermama - not through choice - but there is no choice in shag/marry/shove off a cliff

Brollyflower · 15/04/2010 21:53

DCs neighbour story is reminding me of the prodigal son, bizarrely.

arolf · 15/04/2010 21:53

twinset - i haven't voted much due to my age, but have always voted LD. I know too many folk who vote AGAINST the party they dislike rather than FOR the one they do like.

dinster · 15/04/2010 21:53

Sabs1981, I think Dimbleby is doing the bbc one
