Come on OP, did you really think the result would be any different? Count Binface is very funny and actually seems like a nice chap, but it is just a joke. I'm quite impressed he got as many votes as he did!

And i didn't 'challenge' him. I asked out of curiosity. I didn't disagree with his choice., and more than I disagreed over his choice of lunch option.

I realise you might struggle not to impose your opinion on someone vulnerable, but i don't. I have years of experience in asking 'why' with genuine curiosity, whatever my personal views. Because understanding 'why' makes me better in my job of providing support, I need to understand what is important to that specific person.

Those questions are not remotely similar to; 'I asked him what policies he liked about the Conservatives'. Many voters would be challenged to answer that type of question, whichever political party they intended to vote for, even young adults with a degree, let alone adults with learning disabilities. His reason was good enough, he had every right to follow his parents' example without you challenging him.

One day Elon Musk might decide to use his trillions to buy up hundreds of properties in the safe middles-class neighbourhoods inhabited by left-wing journalists at the Guardian, BBC etc, and turn them into HMOs for military aged male asylum seekers from Afghanistan, Sudan, Eritrea etc.

All those virtue-signalling good-thinkers would soon rethink the policies that they're happy to impose on other people. I think it would be a real gamechanger.

He won, and increased his vote share. I have no idea how you can paint that as a failure.

It's part of the job to support residents whatever our personal views. But also to ask in a neutral way what they understand by their choice.

Nice to see you are keeping tabs on what I post on other threads! Yes I did say it is depressing that people are fooled by him. Because it is.

But the whole circus around the election and Farage's behaviour is hilarious in many ways. See attached photo for example from his Farage-fest 🤣. Anderson and Tice made fools of themselves covering for their dear leader this morning.

The fact that more than 1 in 4 voters voted for a bin over Farage is pretty funny.

The cherry on the cake is the investigations into his £5m bung cranked back up immediately.

It's the absolute cesspit of Essex, full of people who have never known anything except poverty and stuck in a generational benefits trap. Have a general problem with authority or confirmity, were too 'cool' for school and wasted their education back chatting teachers, sloping off to smoke/drink/do drugs and spent their teenage years either getting pregnant or impregnating someone. Suddenly they're adults with no prospects. Whose fault is that? Can't be theirs, can it? Has to be all those foreigners.

You haven't been looking very hard! Farage's behaviour over the last 24 has been quite hilarious and he has been widely ridiculed.
