Don’t be so lazy and go look it up yourself.

And yes, my parents did tell me that. But it still doesn’t change the fact that there are certain posters on this thread who are desperately trying to paint Reform in a certain light, whilst conveniently overlooking all the corruption and scandal that’s rocked the Labour Party for decades. And I say that as someone who votes Conservative by the way.

Anyway, it doesn’t change the fact that Reform are currently leading in the polls by miles and Labour’s popularity has plummeted.

BTW, how’s that promise of not increasing tax on working people doing?! The one they made over and over during their election campaign? “All our plans are fully costed”.
Yeah, sure they were! 🐂💩

It’s for the person making the allegations to detail them!

Anyone would think the corrupt charmer Keith Vaz never served for Labour. Let me guess, that was so long ago, it's no longer relevant.

Archer, Aitkin, Lord Taylor of Warwick?

The fact that there have been other corrupt MPs doesn't change the seriousness of alleged corruption of not only Reform MPs but the actual party itself.

Firetreev · 26/07/2026 09:26

idontwanttomissyou · 26/07/2026 09:23

What on earth does that have to do with reform’s corruption?

As per usual, more whataboutery! They can never defend the case at hand.

I don’t think you know how to use Google/ Ai dear.

Come off it. The onus is on you to prove your claims and you can't. You could have copy and pasted at least fifty links in the time you've taken to refuse to do so. You're spouting garbage, you may believe it to be true due to nonsense you've read on social media, but you can't find the evidence to back it up.

good luck with the googling!!!

In March this year the Rycroft Review reported on foreign states interfering in UK politics, including by funnelling money into UK politics.

The Review recommended capping donations by British citizens resident abroad, and pausing donations in crapto until regulation could catch up with it. So the government did this.

Upon which Zia Yusuf threw his toys out of the cot and accused the government of "choking off" funding for Reform.

I don't think Yusuf quite realised what he was admitting there...

Ministers are also capping donations of British citizens living abroad, in response to a review.

TheExtraGuineaPig · 26/07/2026 09:09

Tice’s arguments don’t hold water at all. If those donations are legit then there should be no problem with them being investigated. If I were a Reform voter I’d want them investigated. I voted LD last time and if Ed Davey started receiving £5m personal gifts and the party had donations of multiple millions that looked like they came from overseas shell corporations of course I’d want and expect them to be investigated. There’s just no argument against it.

Marmalademorning · 26/07/2026 09:05

No, I just can’t stand the hypocrisy of the left.

I have my own reasons for not wanting a Reform government and think Kemi will make a brilliant PM. I guess you’ll be voting Labour though at the next election. No matter how much damage they manage to do before the next election 🤡🤡🤡

The inability to see an overlap with some Tory and Reform ideology is astounding. Particularly when you think about Tory votes lost to Reform. If you are a Tory, you shouldn't be faintly aligning with Reform. Very narrow minded thinking.

BIossomtoes · 26/07/2026 09:02

I don’t think you know how to copy and paste. You certainly don’t understand the basic principles of debate. None of us is willing to go off hunting for proof of something you’ve said when you’re unable or incapable of providing it.

I don’t think you know how to use Google/ Ai dear.

If you don’t know how to use Google or type a question into AI then that’s quite something. The fact you aren’t willing to do so tells me that you don’t want to face up to the facts.

I’d rather enjoy my Sunday morning than chew over every single item listed on Google/ Ai with a bunch of Labour luvvies who will vote Labour no matter how bad they are.

You're the one making the allegations. The onus is therefore on you to prove them.

It's the charter of the bullshitter to tell others to Google, then claim that they're lazy if they refuse. If it's so easy, you bloody do it, given it's your claim.

ETA: I'm very definitely not a Labour luvvie either!

I am currently not a Labour voter. I have been in the past but I didn't vote for them in the most recent national elections.

Never voted labour in my life

but if you are unable to provide any evidence then I have to assume you don’t have any

DuncinToffee · 26/07/2026 09:07

Here you go Marmelade, this is what Farage is telling the Telegraph

Nigel Farage on whether his gifts/donations were declarable: “All right, perhaps I should have filled in a piece of paper. If that’s the worst thing I’ve done in life — not filling in a form — I would say that’s not too bad.” “I’ve certainly been judged guilty already by the liberal establishment.”

Makes you wonder why he doesn't just sit out the investigation rather than fighting a by-election he threw in a hissy fit.
If all he did was forgetting to fill in a piece of paper.
