Lots of blatant wishing DT dead and talk of celebrating when he does.

When Axel Radubakana murdered those 3 little girls in a savage attack, nobody on Mumsnet threads wished him dead so blatantly. Anyone who criticised his outward appearance was called "racist".

I know who i would put my death wishes on.

I really got my hopes up when I saw the thread title.
I think we should declare a national day of celebration when he eventually keels over.
VT day perhaps.

I'm no trump fan. But what you've written Is disgusting.

How childish and crude.

A few years ago I stated on here a number of times that Biden clearly had dementia and I recieved a whole heap of abuse for it. I was called everything.. a Trump-supporter, ageist, far-right, spiteful, a conspiracy theorist, a GB news watcher who needed to touch grass, racist (wtf?), and the mumsnet standby of 'you need therapy'.
The footage of Bidens countless episodes of disorientated behaviour was absolutely everywhere - entirely indisputable - and yet people were vehemently denying it and I still have no idea why. I wouldn't go as far as to say that I felt sorry for Joe Biden, but it was deeply wrong that he was still being rolled out like that in such a shocking state, I found it incredibly disturbing and unsettling that so many refused to acknowledge it until suddenly it was acceptable to.

Edited

That will go down as one of the most shameful episodes in modern political history. And people who touted for a clearly mentally incompetent Biden will deny they ever did so.

The stupidest thing about it all is that they could have kept Trump out if only they hadn’t been so dishonest.

Boden has gone. This is about Trump

No one will shed a tear for Mr Trump. But it is fascinating that anti-Trumpers are doing their best to paint him as demented.

Presumably late, bitter and desperate spite about the exposure of Biden being doo-lally and its cover up.

I have. My late DGM had it. She was slurring her words, struggled to stand, even with a zimmer frame on wheels, refused to be washed and shouted in her sleep. Plus other symptoms. Her dementia went from mid stage to advanced stage then death in 2 months.

I’m sorry to hear that. My DM has Alzheimer’s. Even in the earliest of stages she could not have held down a job with the minimum skills, let alone run a country. She could not operate a computer or a tv remote. She wouldn’t have been able to mask it, even with hundreds of staff.
I’m no Trump fan but I hate the way people jump to the conclusion that anyone over the age of 60 behaving in a way they don’t like or understand has dementia, it’s ageist and insulting to people who actually have dementia. He is vastly over confident in his own abilities, opportunistic and arrogant. But he clearly has agency.

As is Starmer. Absolutely despise the man and what he’s doing to the UK, but would never wish someone I don’t know dead. Unless they were a murderer, paedophile or rapist of course….

Has Starmer defied any constitutional procedures you are aware of ?

Has he made executive decisions without the government or parliament ?

We must be told.

Has he cosied up to leaders who are actively killing unarmed women and children as we speak ?

Why should we be ashamed? He’s an absolute cunt who is destroying democracy in America and the world would be a better place without him, Vance, Putin et al in it.

Is there a reason we're knocking a couple of inches off his height? He looks very tall to me. I know men sometimes lie about their height, but not usually the ones who are clearly pretty tall anyway.

Though I agree he's probably not BMI 40. More like mid 30s.

Most people shrink in height when they age. My parents both have shrunk 2 inches.

Earlier this year, Trump visited the Netherlands. Stood next to the King Willem-Alexander is 6ft 2 and the King is taller than Trump

I dunno, the Vatican probably aren't too happy with the current US administration after the Vance incident!

I mean, the Vatican aren't really anti pedophile, are they?

I heard ‘Oh what a circus’ on the radio this morning so she sprung to mind. (Also the concept of David Essex as Che Guevara has always struck me as a something of a memorable cultural moment.)

Now that, I can get behind.

Why don’t you just name change to “I’m a MAGA bot”

Or "I like being grabbed by the pussy". Clearly she's a fan of predatorial pedophiles.

Yes he absolutely does.

EchoedSilence · 30/08/2025 20:11

I think the hamster he wears on his head gives him a couple more inches height.

What a vile pack of responses. I hope MN delete this thread. Doesn't wishing people dead go against talking guidelines? Some of you ought to be ashamed.

True dat.

I always slightly attributed Trump's keenness to spend time with Putin to the fact that Trump is clearly the taller man.

And he will love standing next to Zelenskyy who is short.

Is there a reason we're knocking a couple of inches off his height?

Because he lies!

Look at him stood next to Prince William who is 6ft2. Trump is a good 3 inches less.

I did some Googling about his height. If you see photos of him with Prince William (who is 6'3"), Trump definitely looks smaller. There are various speculations about his true height. I can well imagine that he would love to be the tallest in any comparison, whether it's true or not, given his love of superlatives. Anyway, if Trump says he 6'3", you can almost guarantee that he's not.
