I saw something that mentioned Charlie Boy was wearing a blue suit with a yellow tie so he's favouring Ukraine's colours. Reminds me of the time when the Queen wore a brooch gifted to her by the Obamas when she had to host Trump. Speaking of the orange one, he will be not be happy about this given his mean girl level of hatred for Zelenskyy

Weird title, makes it sound like he's been overheard on a hot mic saying he loves Trump or something. Monarch of nation that - along with the rest of the 'civilised' world - supports the Ukrainian president, supporting the Ukrainian president, is hardly surprising. I'd be astonished if he didn't. I'm very happy we as a country are making it so clear.

Charles is following the stated UK government position on Ukraine... full support in the face of Russian aggression. If he's doing so with genuine enthusiasm, good for him, but either way he does as the government of the day directs.

I recall the time in 2015 when Charles skipped the State banquet during the visit of the President of China and won a lot of brownie points. Sadly as King he will less able to make such personal statements, the Governemnt of the day determine his schedule regarding foreign dignitaries.

He could very easily have said, "Lovely idea, let's meet in a few months at our usual place" rather than "Come over Sunday evening while I'm chilling at home"
