So much for the Trump Bounce

All is promises at the before the election...now he says he can't promise anything. Stock market has nose dived and NATO are sending troops to Greenland because of his threats, the people of Gaza are being told to leave to go no one knows because Trump was it as a holiday destination.

He's pulled out of the climate treaty, the world health organisation and now imposed sanctions on the ICC.

I dispair and despise the Americans who voted this man in because we now have to deal with the consequences of the fallout of that man.

I'm not riding this wave it's awful, America has cast a shadow on the entire world.

From human rights to our battle to save our fragile planet has all been blasted by what I can only describe as an extremely spoilt child who should be never been allowed to be president.

I honestly believe he's going to annex Canada and Greenland and I think he'll give Gaza to Israel after turning into some Trump style resort.

Our politicians need to come together and figure out a way to counter the extreme threat from America. Because this is what this is, it's a threat like nothing we have faced since Hitler. The power America wields is enormous and is comparable with 1940s Germany although back then there were no super powers.

I've read a lot of history and the last time America became isolated it led to Pearl Harbour and it was the result of extreme tariffs on Japan in attempt to stop the Japanese war with China.

This is far worse in that he's threatening his neighbours with tariffs, tearing up accords and agreements and threatening to invade long standing allies.

The only thing that will counter this is unified strength and the acceptance that we will have to stand up to America and if required defend countries like Greenland and Canada with troops.

I agree. He seems more of a dangerous loose cannon by the day.

I'm thinking that the "special relationship" (if there's anything left of it) must be at an end, at least while such a despot is in the White House.

How anyone could ever vote for him is beyond me, and he is destroying what respect I had left for America. I suspect I am not alone there.

Hes just playing games to benefit him and his friends. Im not taking any of it seriously but am trying to ride the wave.

Sold large amount of my stock Sunday eve. The MACD has flipped so it’s going to crab sideways or slowly fall for a while. Great opportunity to buy back in at the bottom.

Just ride the wave and try to not to take it seriously. It’s mostly posturing.
