I still don't know who to vote for

Vote Lib Dem then. There's now evidence that the Torys want to sell off the NHS to the US.

Realistically, if you live in a safe Tory seat, your vote won't count - if no other candidate has a fighting chance, you're voting to make a point of showing your support for the candidate or party you most agree with, not for them to actually become your MP. That's the unfair and frustrating reality of a FPTP system.

Personally I think you should vote for anyone but the Tory - and probably the party that came second in previous elections. But of course it depends on your values, if you genuinely think that the Conservatives are a closer fit that everyone else, it's your choice.

I'm not decided either. Have read 2 manifestos so far (Lib Dem and Labour).

I cannot get behind the whole scale spending of the Labour manifesto and there are a couple of policies I am very much against.

I think the Lib Dem's manifesto is quite sensible.

Not read the Conservative's one yet but have heard about it on Electioncast. It sounds a bit bland but as Laura K pointed out, their get Brexit done is the radical bit. My heart actually jumped a bit (not in a good way) when she said Brexit by 31 Jan. have got used to the dithering!

I voted Labour in 2017 after a lot of umming and ahhing and the candidate did rather well although the conservative candidate beat her by 14500 votes.

In the European elections I voted green and Lib Dem. Not for their remain stance but for their policies.

I voted Tory in 2015 but it was a different constituency with a great candidate.

So I am an undecided but in a Tory safe seat.

Pick the issues that are most important to you and see which party is closest to your values. There will be something that you disagree with or are worried by in all of them but politics is about compromise.

If you care about the NHS, cuts to public services and the effect of Austerity on the poorest and most vulnerable members of society then go on a tactical voting website to find out who's the strongest antiTory party in your constituency.

Brexit shouldn't be a major concern if you're a Leaver because the Tories want it, Labour have promised a 2nd referendum (if you're a Leaver that's not a problem because you believe that most people still want out) and the Lib Dems won't form a government.

If you're a Remainer and Brexit is a priority then go for the strongest anti Tory candidate.

I'm in the same boat, I've been trying to learn more but it seems everyone around me doesn't want to talk about politics.

If anyone knows where I can learn about the parties that would be great because I feel stupid! I tried to do the online quiz but even then I didn't really understand the questions.

I really want to vote but don't know where to start.

If you care about the environment, vote Green. They won't get in, but every vote gives them in minuscule amount of 'Short money' that Caroline Lucas (assuming she is reelected) can spend on running her office.

Vote w your heart, even in a 'safe seat'.
