Anyone planning on watching?

OP posts:
BorisTrumpsHair · 29/05/2017 21:45

She's been wearing "Labour Red" a lot lately 👍🏽

Perfectplonker · 29/05/2017 21:44

I have such a huge crush on Jeremy Corbyn now Grin

Calm, funny and actually seemed like a warm human being.

Sigh

Doje · 29/05/2017 21:44

He's not as aggressive, but still being an idiot.

intheknickersoftime · 29/05/2017 21:43

Well what a surprise, paxo isn't butting in every five seconds with May.

refusetobeasheep · 29/05/2017 21:43

I don't think May is particularly competent. the problem is I think Corbyn would be actively incompetent. what a shambolic choice.

KillDora · 29/05/2017 21:43

Do you know what (and I can't believe I'm saying this)

I was impressed by Jeremy Corbyn (fucking faints)

I am a lifelong Tory voter, and was even considering ukip at one point.

But bugger me if he hasn't impressed me. He isn't who I was expecting from the news stories and coverage so far at all.

Though I'm usually a Tory I wasn't fond of Theresa May anyway, I was quite amused by her getting owned by the nurses reply.

everygalaxy · 29/05/2017 21:42

You could hear the emotion in the midwife's voice - not taken in at all.

Topseyt · 29/05/2017 21:41

Now to see how she does with Paxman. Hope he doesn't disappoint and is as hard on her as he was on Corbyn.

BorisTrumpsHair · 29/05/2017 21:40

Strong
Strong

I wish I was counting difficult/hard choices too

Doje · 29/05/2017 21:39

She's not very engaging is she. I don't think I've managed to listen to a whole answer yet, I keep zoning out.

DriftingDreamer · 29/05/2017 21:38

Very boring....
Hope she gets a grilling so she has to answer a question....

BorisTrumpsHair · 29/05/2017 21:38

Strong
Strong

bloomingheather · 29/05/2017 21:38

I totally agree Lululoves - I am zoning out here. Total waffle and emptiness. Also a load of vague, non-sequiturs and blanket statements like we need to give children "a really good education" and "a good nhs". There is absolutely no substance to any of this.
She has certainly made good use of the "using people's first names to appear sincere" trick though - it's coming over as the opposite though!

Topseyt · 29/05/2017 21:38

Well done to that midwife from Devon for her scepticism towards May.

TM didn't really know where to put herself. Squirmed a bit.

TheQueenSnortsAvocados · 29/05/2017 21:38

Loving the random audience member clearly mouthing, "Bollocks. That's bollocks." Grin

scottishbride · 29/05/2017 21:37

I can't make sense of it either. But if I had a shot every time she said "strong" then I would be paralytic!

BorisTrumpsHair · 29/05/2017 21:36

I just don't believe a word May says.

All Im hearing is blah blah blah blah blah.

DriftingDreamer · 29/05/2017 21:34

Not impressed so far but sure many are...

BillyButtfuck · 29/05/2017 21:34

I come from a conservative family, my grandparents and parents won't entertain any sort of conversation about other parties or candidates.

I'm voting labour.

I can't believe what I'm watching tonight.
May looks uncomfortable and like she doesn't want to be there. She's skirting all of the issues and she's a weak excuse of a leader.

I think she called this election because she was cocksure and needed the formality of an election to gain a larger majority. She didn't want to partake in debates and she can't be bothered with this either.

Flatpackback · 29/05/2017 21:34

What economic progress in thee last few years? The national debt is larger than when they came to power.

LuluLovesFruitcakes · 29/05/2017 21:33

I am tired, but I feel she's talking in circles and buzzwords and I can't make sense of what she's saying... is she actually answering the questions?

Can someone help me out here 😬

MunchMunch · 29/05/2017 21:33

Nice dodge on the £350m brexit lie! Hmm

intheknickersoftime · 29/05/2017 21:32

She's being allowed to evade and not answer the questions.

BorisTrumpsHair · 29/05/2017 21:31

I can barely stand to listen to May waffle on.

I'm very late to being won over by Corbyn, but I think he did very well.

Allthebubbles · 29/05/2017 21:31

The audience just laughed at TM on school funding. She's so rubbish.
