Lifelong Labour supporters who feel we need a more robust leader than Corbyn, how are you voting?

I have always voted Labour. I am a socialist. I loathe everything thé Tories have done to the disabled, to schools, their priorities are not mine. But I also feel strongly that Corbyn is incompetent. Thinking of voting Lib Dem with a heavy heart.
Any advice?

Party member here for 17 years but in despair at the current state of the party. I've been on the point of leaving multiple times but DH has always persuaded me to stay and fight!

No local elections here but I will vote labour in the general because I know our local MP and respect her hugely. Genuinely no idea what I'd do if local MP/candidate was a corbynite.

I am in a deeply Tory area so Labour never get in anyway. Maybe Lib Dem is the way to go.
From this thread it seems like the LDs could benefit hugely from disaffected Labour folk.

Mine too, lesliasons. But I still
Couldn't do that!

Torn between Lab and Lib dem. I don't want my vote interpreted as a pro-Corbyn vote but I think my Lab MP has been doing quite a good job- so, still undecided. Probably tipping towards LibDem.

LesLiaisonsDangereuses · 04/05/2017 17:24

The odd thing is that my local MP is a remain-voting Tory and he seems quite competent and a very switched on local campaigner. I am considering......

I think LibDem. I voted Remain in the referendum and they are the Remain party. I can't vote for Corbyn et al in all conscience. With a heavy heart as the pp said.

EatsShitAndLeaves · 04/05/2017 17:23

I'm voting LibDem.

I can't support the current leadership team. Sad

PaintingByNumbers · 04/05/2017 17:22

still not decided. I like my lab mp which counts quite a bit but I aam antibrexit to.the extreme so might vote libdem

LordRothermereBlackshirtCunt · 04/05/2017 17:22

Labour in the local elections, Lib Dem next month.

PigletWasPoohsFriend · 04/05/2017 17:20

Either Lib Dems or spoiling paper.

It is getting ridiculous now. Chi Onwurah tweeted a really nasty tweet today about Prince Phillip retiring and as the journalist Stephen Pollard said

It takes a certain kind of genius to make things even worse for Labour on a day when there is no campaigning

He is right.
