What happens if Trump wins?

Thinking about this, sadly, over breakfast and marvelling really at how Trump's campaign has set up matters so Hillary is, rightly, held up to the very high standards required for public office, whereas Trump operates in a wasteland where law suits, open racism and sexism, demonstrable enormous lies etc, go virtually unaddressed. If Hillary said just one of the things Trump comes out with on a daily basis, it could end her campaign.

Having said that, now we're on a full on presidential campaign as opposed to the primaries, the wheels are coming off the Trump juggernaut a bit at last.

I thought he had stated that he was not going to release his tax return? No idea where I heard that, mind.

Pacific, Claig demonstrates exactly how he's doing it. Any criticism of him is Liberal Lies, is the Establishment covering up the truth and attacking Trump. People are taking this stuff in uncritically and it appeals to their sense of being badly done by. Trump attempts to stifle any criticism whatsoever (remember he has banned the Washington Post from 'covering' his campaign for example) and it's easy enough in the U.S. to take all your news from completely partisan sources. He wants a totalitarian regime obviously.

Hillary to me, and to so many others, is such a complex concept (if I can make her such a thing). Part of an unholy mess up of foreign policy, but also a strong supporter of the rights of minorities and women. One of the super rich, but got there from a modest background and subject to criticism over her speaking fees in a rhetoric that feeds into the rampant misogynism that surrounds every element of the attacks on her. Her campaign has moved hugely to the left after pressure from Bernie. She has been subject to such lengthy sustained character assassination from the Right that it's virtually impossible to get a grip on the truth of things. But I think she's a decent human being with a public service drive.

No, bits and pieces are out, but the Establishment and its media don't tell the full story. Trump knows all about it and is likely to tell the public things that have not been told by the Establishment.

The email leaks etc are likely to reveal more info on what really went on and why.

I am as cynical as they come when it comes to politicians/Big Industry etc and I am quite sure that the world is organised in such a way to benefit a tiny minority of Insanely Well-Off People (the statistics that a tiny percentage of the world's population owns a huge chunk of wealth are readily available). I am no lover of Hilary or the Clintons or Oxbridge/Davos/The Establishment/Globalism.

The West's foreign policy towards the Middle East and Africa, and Hillary's role in it, are hugely controversial. Many people who support Hillary in other matters find her stance hawkish, and it's interesting how much this stuff sticks to her and not Obama. I'm sure history will raise questions about all of it.

Trump loves illegal immigrants, he contracted a team Polish workers to dismantle the previous building where Trump tower was built. Such a great employer he is that they used sledge hammers to destruct it and didn't supply the workers with masks to protect them from breathing in all manner of dust and asbestos particles.
He rewarded their stoic efforts with refusing to pay them the 5 dollars an hour (half the US going rate) they were promised. They had to take him to court.

So if he's timing it so carefully, why did he promise massive revelations two months ago which have never happened?

It can't be anything to do with hoping to wrong-foot the Clinton team if, as claig claims, they know what is coming. If the establishment were that desperate to stop him and if he were so difficult to stop, let's face it, he would have been eliminated a long, long time ago.
