The two other big names on the Conservative landscape- Boris Johnson and George Osbourne- both attended similar or the very same educational establishments where this sort of ceremonial induction was a requisite. Had we not better look a bit further away for the next leader of the tories? That would ensure that they are then perceived as a party of meritocracy and not just a playground of those born into wealthy families. And also then we can be sure that they didn't have sex with a pig.

IsIt you responded to an OP. You can't then go around bleating about whether or not people should engage with you. This is a discussion board for chat rather than polemic. Isn't there a "WorldRenownedEconmistsNet' you could join?

PigletJohn · 23/09/2015 22:59

I understand that Boris left the Bullingdon because he thought they were a bunch of immature drunks, compared to him.

Which sets the bar pretty low.

Oily Dave stayed.

mrstweefromtweesville · 23/09/2015 22:33

Yes, OP, your thread title is exactly what I thought when I heard.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 22:30

Most countries have looked for very bright politicians to formulate policies/laws, especially in a complicated 21st century when the shite hits the fan and unlike in the few years to May 2010, politicians that spent all the money, only knew HOW to spend money, had NOTHING to solve their own problems.

So sat like rabbits in headlights as the annual overspend went up, SAYING they’ll do something about it, but didn’t have the electoral bottle to pull the trigger?

  • Who needs politicians ‘of the people’ who, say, substantially ‘privatize’ the NHS via PFI contracts, but blame the other party?
  • Who needs a socialist chancellor pretending he could control capitalism and de regulated the UK banks to ‘create’ spending/debt, but then admitted that he did not know the bleedin' obvious - that global banks were connected by the interbank market and that there was risk of global contagion?
  • If a relatively thick socialist party that has the money to make a difference then blows all the money on fat, inefficient government – while plotting for a larger a multicultural society WITHOUT building the homes – leaving their indigenous multi cultural population on the jobs/homeless scrap heap, that socialist party who will then needs to cut the benefits of those they forgot, NO LONGER REPRESENTS the people.

Most citizens in Europe who did not have the huge spending stimulus/debt those in the UK had prior to the crash NOW looking for ‘different politics’ to give them a future, can only wish that they had the prospects of citizens in the UK now have under the Conservative administration – which is why many of those Eurozone citizens come here, as our net migration figures still show.

As I’ve said before, with not ONE department ‘fit for purpose after 13-years - no one from Eton got us into the worst financial/social mess in Europe - but they are getting us out.

And only people with their OWN issues, refuse to look at the big picture those abroad see, what has been achieved.

FootprintsOnMarble · 23/09/2015 20:28

I think the country would do well to look further afield for its leaders. Basically any one who wants to be in charge patently should not be allowed to do so. Power has been proven to attract sociopathic people as the Tories callous indifference to the sick who have died because their benefits have been stopped/reduced demonstrates. The idea that we recruit our leaders from a sordid little enclave of privileged indecency where initiation rites have a distinct un-British, un-Christian and even satanic flavor is laughable/horrifying. The idea that these people really are the best, in terms of intellect and moral fortitude is truly a damning verdict on us as a country and any time one of these 'elites' hears the national anthem they must need to stick pins in themselves in order to maintain a straight face. Id like to see a state when we were in continual referendum all the time- all citizens voted on every issue, no parties, no leaders, no condensing but just issues and perhaps lobbyists. I know it sounds far fetched but with social media, logistically it would be much easier than the whole going to a polling station thing. Failing that- technocrats appointed by lottery.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 15:56

In other words, anything can be written about the Conservative leader without an ounce of proof, but if anyone mentions the Labour leader and his fucking motor bike - your gasted gets all flabbered.

Well ain't that par for the incompetent Labour course, where no pig in a poke shit sticks to a red blanket?

If you don't want to engage with me , guess what DON'T ENGAGE with me - rather than try to put words in other mouths so you can than run crying to the mods.

P.S. My views are qualified with facts, if you can't handle the truth, that's your problem.

SaskiaRembrandtWasFramed · 23/09/2015 15:39

No idea what the first bit of your post means. It doesn't make any sense.

But whatever it is, I'm guessing it says nothing about me, because a) I'm not a judgemental dick, and b) I wouldn't dream of defending someone who is into necrophiliac bestiality, especially by suggesting that people who use a particular form of transport are in some way odd and less than human.

IMO you are some weird goady fucker, and as I said earlier, not worth engaging with. Your views are bizarre and little of what you post makes any coherent sense.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 15:36

Hmmmmmmmmmm?

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 15:32

Who said I was talking about having male bikers e.g Hells Angels, having female bikers...I find this hugely amusing that you do not complain about the unsubstantiated beastiality filth others have written...but worry about sex on a a motor bike with object unknown?

What does that say about you???

SaskiaRembrandtWasFramed · 23/09/2015 15:23

Female bikers are human too. If you consider them to be on a par with livestock, that says a lot about you and absolutely nothing about them.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 15:14

Who says I was talking about female human beings - with bikers anything goes.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 15:11

Fair dooos.....he certainly won't be interested in your intellect.

(banjo)

SaskiaRembrandtWasFramed · 23/09/2015 15:09

Sorry, but anyone who likens a female human being to a pig is not worth talking to or debating with.

squidzin · 23/09/2015 14:59

Boris only wants me for my money.

squidzin · 23/09/2015 14:57

But i don't like him.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 14:57

I wonder how many pigs Corbyn had on his motorbike, we are getting more kiss and tells the more 'important' he gets ...his ex wives seem to think that HE was the (selfish) pig.

squidzin · 23/09/2015 14:57

Boris Johnson is a reliable mate of mine ;)

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 14:54

If you didn't take at least one pig, you are talking porkies as the author does not have reliable witnesses, who were they, as they say they cannot substantiate any of the claims - in a book a billionaire has published, as no one else would - as without any substance, its called fiction.

squidzin · 23/09/2015 14:50

Except I didn't. Cameron did it's in a written book with reliable witnesses, eh. That's what it takes to be true.

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 14:47

Squidzin ... I hear that you had a pig or two, thats all it needs to be true, eh, sweet cheeks? lol

MephistophelesApprentice · 23/09/2015 14:41

Oops, didn't mean to do that.

MephistophelesApprentice · 23/09/2015 14:40

That's how these cabals form. You all do something collectively embarassing that then binds you with the enormity of the secret. It's how paedophile rings work as well.

squidzin · 23/09/2015 14:37

None of us fucked a pig though

Isitmebut · 23/09/2015 13:47

As he said, why dignify it when it came from a book by an author that says 'he had a (£8 million) beef' with Cameron and can not verify his own claims - if this was any other media than a book published by the billionaire author - it would not have even been in alleged, as a Jackanory has more substance.

Meanwhile Cameron is still busy sorting out the Labour shit stack he inherited, not the economy etc etc etc the Conservatives passed to Labour in 1997.

Clearly there are class warriors out there that would rather Cameron is distracted by this 'stuff' as if they looked at the socialists record to 1979 and 2010 in any honesty, they couldn't get up in the morning, never mind vote for their incompetence again - so if you can't get him on his record, keep throwing the slurry.

Under Labour, we all got fucked.
