Fed up of the cuts? Fed up of the mislead bigotry? This is your sanctuary. Unwind. Vent. Pop over to the frothers thread if you feel like getting organised and doing some proactive stuff or just chill out with a cup of builders tea in a polystyrene cup.

Welcome.

Oh a yurt. I always fancied a yurt. Can I come to your brazier gathering please? I have fingerless gloves. And I was known for my donkey jacket in my college days. I can do candles.

KatieMiddleton · 24/01/2012 23:10

Camels stink. There will be no stinking in my yurt thank you very much.

I am liking the lefty tent with wood burner, rugs and cushions! We're like Arab empresses, conducting world politics in the manner fitting our needs & station Grin

Bono spends his time sobbing over world poverty, but moved U2 abroad so as to avoid taxes. Ergo, is better at asking other people to cough up than making a fair contribution himself.

He is unwelcome in the luxury tent (but no doubt has his own.)

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:07

Maybe that's why they spit. I know how they feel.

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:07

And they get the hump

BIWI · 24/01/2012 23:06

Oh no camels! They spit you know.

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:05

Brilliant, an expert yurter. Sorted.

I must away. Work tomorrow. Keep that woodburner going.

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:03

We'll forgo goats and camels though.

CheerfulYank · 24/01/2012 23:03

Oh I am quite lefty. And experienced in yurts as the Radishers and I used to have one. So vair useful!

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:02

Then you are welcome in our lefty yurt, CheerfulYank Grin

KatieMiddleton · 24/01/2012 23:01

marking place

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 23:01

Katie, for you we'll yurt.

CheerfulYank · 24/01/2012 23:01

Ooh, I will hate him too then.

KatieMiddleton · 24/01/2012 23:00

If you are yurting with rugs, woodburner, kettle, hot water, mattresses and duvets I may come back.

OP posts:
KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 22:58

Bono is a duplicitous, hypocritical, smarmy-arsed git.

MmeLindor. · 24/01/2012 22:57

That sounds good, Knotty.

Do we need to list the reasons for hating Bono? I think it may crash this thread.

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 22:56

And you can keep vin chaud warm on the top of the stove.

And take-aways.

But only if in foil [wise]

CheerfulYank · 24/01/2012 22:56

Oooh, why don't we like Bono?

KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 22:55

Howzabout a cheery compromise: a tent with a wood burning stove.

Cosy.

KatieMiddleton · 24/01/2012 22:54

I don't want to come back in the morning and find you all dead. That would be most... disappointing.

OP posts:
KatieMiddleton · 24/01/2012 22:53

Nooo! Do not put the brazier in the tent. It will either set the polyester ablaze or it will smoulder and kill you all with carbon monoxide poisoning! Either way v v bad!

OP posts:
Hullygully · 24/01/2012 22:52

How about we drag the brazier into the tent?

MmeLindor. · 24/01/2012 22:52
KnottyLocks · 24/01/2012 22:51

oooo vodka tonics
