Oooooh. dunno if we should let Hunty go to the meet. As a person on benefits she should be sitting at home, scouring the Internet .. Oh, no. Not allowed luxurious internet .. scouring last weeks newspapers for a job as she sits in her pet-less cheerless and of course flat screen tv-less home. Mind you don't turn the heating on, neither. I'm not paying for you being too lazy to put a jumper on.

I don't have the cookbook, I got the recipe online. All I did was double the cupcake recipe, and swap the 40ml red food colour for 35ml red and 5 ml yellow. Turned out spot on. I decorated it with orange chocolate buttons - silver spoon ones from Tescos. And some yellow and orange sprinkles.

You all really have to try the Hummingbird bakery recipe for Red Velvet cake. . All I did was adapt it by using a different colour.

And I could go to London during the day on the 28th April, by coach. Cheap fare because of the epilepsy. In fact, obscurely, it will cost me MORE to get a bus from my house to the bus station than it will to get the coach from the bus station to London??!!

On the plus side...I may be able to make a meet-up. I don't have DS1 as it is his dad's weekend, ditto DS2, and DD can be pawned off go for a sleepover. So it would just be me and HuntyKitten.
