I have said I always vote LD (except 1997) on many occasions that is the reason I dislike Clegg and Alexander so much. I expect Tories to be nasty, vile and selfish I dont expect my party to be an accessory to it.

Everybody cares about the environment, and doesn't want it contaminated by nuclear waste. I wonder how green this is. I wonder if the green czars will question it.

Well as someone who used to work for the BBC I hate to break it to you but the employees read every newspaper (or a summary that the broadcast assistant or runner has done) - they work in the media and broadcasting and it's their business to read all relevant press.

Is it really a surprise that the personal preference of a publicly employed media professional is the Guardian.
a) It has a MASSIVE media jobs section - and most BBC workers are contractors / non-perms
b) It has a big Media and Culture section
c) It has a big Society / Not for Profit focus.

No, the ordinary people don't believe it. Many of those ordinary people are sensible right-wing people who read sensible newspapers like the Daily Mail, which asks a few questions about it all. The Daily Mail was one of the first newspapers in the world to expose ClimateGate, while many of the other media outlets maintained a strange silence. Clarkson doesn't believe it either, he is with the majority of the people.

Nigel Lawson is a leading right wing politician who doesn't believe it. You won't find many left wing politicians who don't agree with it. Many right wingers don't believe it and many ordinary people don't believe it, but nearly all left wingers believe it. It is left wingers who tell us "we have only 50 days left to save the planet". That is why I term it left wing. But, of course, the left wing are just actors, and the ultimate beneficiary is the billionaires.

The BBC champions an agenda. I think the agenda they champion is to the benefit of the elite, which is why they are able to maintain a licence fee paid for by the ordinary people, to enable the BBC to continue in its role as the nation's main opinion former. I am not surprised that Jeremy Hunt did not impose huge cuts on them and the huge salaries of many of their presenters.

We can only surmise what they imagine themselves to be. I don't think they are stupid, I think they are aware of what they are.

I like Jeremy Hunt because he inadvertently created one of the biggest laughs of the year. But I cannot get my head around what the BBC Trust are really about. Are they suppose to be on the viewers and listeners side?

So the BBC, by championing the green agenda via its scheduling, is supporting right-wing billionaires.... and therefore could not be accused of being left-wing. Or are we saying the BBC, by championing the green agenda via its scheduling, imagines itself to be left-wing but is, in fact, supporting right-wing billionaires without knowing it? Which begs the question... which side is Clarkson on?

No the left wing are actors, they are puppets. Many are 'cabs for hire'. Billionaires and bankers get their way. They get 'light touch regulation', they get public bail outs and they get to keep their large bonuses. It is right wing elitists who really lead the environmental movement. Billionaires like Zac Goldsmith care about recycling, wind farms and environmentalism.

I'm not following this one.... The greens were set up by billionaires so that makes it a left-wing outfit? And the BBC taking up the green agenda enthusiastically - thus supporting the billionaires - makes them left-wing as well? Do right-wingers not worry about recycling and wind-farms on principle?

If they weren't protected and paid for by the licence fee, how would they be able to influence the public about climate change, the EU, and anything else that the intelligentsia thinks the public should believe in?

It's always the same. The BBC is a protected institution. They will still be left wing,, they will still warn us of climate change, and nothing will change.
