I think the point being made, scurry, is that it is no longer acceptable to call it guy fawkes night. However, I have never heard anyone told not to say that.

well, they would have to choose a date which would have the most impact on potential strike, in the hope that they wioll come to an agreement before that.

I cannot say I blame them.
