But they might have been waiting for the denouement - after all it would have been a dead giveaway to have printed it before today.... much better story if they waited.
Maybe they had a photographer lurking there....

Oldraver, he's spent the majority of last 4 and half years bobbing back, forth and around Antarctica so Falklands feels like his second home. I think he was enjoying it until the weather turned recently and he discovered ours at home was for once better than his . Oh and the sudden plague of mice that are now eating their way through all his possesions seem to have added a new level of loathing and he's NOW ready to come home

Have been following both threads and its been sooo much fun .

My dh is due back from 6months in penguin paradise (Falklands) next month and will be flying into BZN...I'm sure him and his mates would love to deliver some penguin related gifts to the man with the go-faster stripes.

Oooh and just remembered that dh has learnt how to make origami penguins while down there (am guessing he was bored)so could set him to work now to create a whole colony in time for homecoming
