I saw him on a train. Can’t for the life of me remember who he is.

He’s a British tv actor, probably in his 50s or early 60s. Grey hair, used to be blonde. Piercing blue eyes. Often plays a hero/ love interest type role.

a bit like Greg wise but shorter!

I feel sure he was in a Sunday night drama or a soap or something but I can’t find him online! It’s driving me mad!

OP are you sure it’s not Dean Andrews? He was in Last Tango in Halifax and I think Emmerdale.

I swear we had this exact same thread a couple of years ago

I don’t think there are many mainstream TV leading men who are 5 foot 5. Maybe just a handsome chap who looks like a lot of other men!

You’d be surprised. I used to work with actors. They are almost all shorter than you think and they all exaggerate their height on their Spotlight CVS, much like OLD.

I think @LemonJuiceFromConcentrate is going to be right. It's going to be Dean Andrews again.

Jason Isaacs? Northerner. Played Jackson Brodie in Case Histories. My mum would leave my dad after 50 years of marriage for him. Very good at crossing his arms.
