Don't be surprised if one shows up sporting a pretentiously bored expression and making remarks about how they are above all this. DB (Desired Brother) can do poses in the parking lot with the vehicles deemed to have the most pull. (unfortunately, I think actually draping himself on them clad only in Yorkshire puddings would put him well into CF terrain)

Are Ford Rangers that flash? They’re hardly in the same class as a Mercedes-Benz X-class pick-up … or even a VW Amarok. It’s a Ford — the —commonest— best selling pick up in the Uk and prices start at around 22k.
I think they're pickups for people who don't want a real pickup?

It’s a Ford — the —commonest— best selling pick up in the Uk and prices start at around 22k.

I've just spent half an hour doing my shopping in Morrisons whilst suppressing guffaws, and all because there was a black Ford Ranger in a P&C space in the car park.

Could the FC be persuaded to tow The Ranger that far?

If London is too far, local Monster Truck shows are always desperate to buy (very cheaply) old bangers for crushing purposes in their display. I think they have a designated car park for people to leave them in, which could easily be confused with the regular visitor car park....

And the best thing to do is get a tow truck removal company, he will have to pay to have his car released

Is it like that for a private citizen? I thought BlueEyes would have to pay to have it towed and then take CF to small claims to reclaim costs she incurred.

My experience with drivers of black Rangers is that they are all arseholes. Have had so many of them behave in dickish ways it's unbelievable. They far far surpass the dickery of your usual 'flash' car knobheads.

Not just black ones either. Just a few days ago our local village pub posted about a family who had enjoyed a home cooked meal there then scarpered without paying. In a white Ranger. These entitled tits are everywhere.

He has every right to make that choice - just as the police have the right to issue to fines to any illegal parkers they **ing well like! Here's hoping that he tries his trick again somewhere with high-alert security, like outside Buckingham Palace, and instead of just a fine, he gets it completely blown up by the bomb disposal squad.
