I've put privacy film on the front room windows and he can't watch the world go by any more. He's sulking.

Mine is sulking because we all dared to go out for the whole day yesterday. She’s too used to constant company during lockdown
She’s got her revenge by puking under the pram just after I got the baby to sleep

BoyCat had a massive tantrum last night.

I went to catch him for evening curfew (he gets locked in at night for safety reasons). He was in the middle of playing with a terrified mouse he had caught in the neighbours garden. Once I shut him inside, usually he has a snack and goes to sleep, but this time he howled and howled!

I am 99% sure he was shouting, "MY MOUSE! OH MY GOD, WOMAN, WHY HAVE YOU LOCKED ME IN?!"

AlfonsoTheTerrible · 19/04/2021 08:00

I opened the door to let AlfonsoCat into the garden. He didn't want to go out so he is sulking.

"I have dared to sleep in my own bed, this is apparently unacceptable and am currently being hit in the face with the tail of a displeased cat " I hear you fellow cat-slave!😹😹😹

RamsayBoltonsConscience · 18/04/2021 17:46

I washed her paws 😬

tcjotm · 18/04/2021 03:37

I used one of their plates for my toast because my plates were all in the dishwasher. They have human plates too but heavier and the distinctive ‘clink’ as I took it from the pile of their plates alerted them. I turned from the toaster to see two faces that clearly assumed I would be serving them raw beef or raw chicken or some such delight.

They were seriously unimpressed that they were woken from naps to be treated in this cruel manner.

I sat in my her chair!

Whatever I've done in the past to him, BoyCat made me suffer the consequences today.

Firstly, he left an enormous , semi-liquid shit in the middle of the conservatory floor. Then, once I'd finished stomping around, swearing, and cleaning it up, and was standing bleary-eyed by the kettle, I noticed he was eyeballing me while crouched in a particular position on my gardening coat.

Bastard was doing the biggest wee in the world, while maintaining eye contact the whole time Angry

Sunnyday321 · 17/04/2021 23:03

I dared to buy her one of those flappy fish toys that also had catmint in it. She runs away from it .

Babygotblueyes · 17/04/2021 23:00

I stayed home this morning and disturbed her when she wanted to be alone. I went out for a walk this afternoon and left her on her own when she wanted company. I just never get it right, she is thinking of sacking me.

hilariousnamehere · 17/04/2021 22:57

@Inastatus

I stopped him from biting the dog.
This made me snort!

She's pretending she's dead in this picture now. Guilt tripping because she can see the dreamies on my chest of drawers.

LysistrataVickers · 17/04/2021 22:43

Told her to move to the other side of the bed because she was in the way of my feet. If looks could kill.....!

I have mulched his toilet the flower bed with spiky cuttings from the climbers thus meaning he'll have to go more than 2 feet from his cat flap to do a poo.

hilariousnamehere · 17/04/2021 22:33

I wouldn't let them drink the milk or eat the spiced apple cake after my garden catch up.

They are so disgusted with me and with their standard cat dinners they've put themselves to bed 😂

GeorgeandHarold66 · 17/04/2021 22:29

I allowed a toddler to visit her house.
I wouldn't let her take her nap in the middle of the buffet table.
I made ds go to bed instead of letting him play with them indefinitely.

I have been a cruel, cruel servant today and we are no longer on speaking terms.

Howtomakeevery1 · 17/04/2021 22:24

FatCatThinCat · 17/04/2021 18:14

Double devastation today. Not only did I dispose of the massive headless hare, which he was saving for later, I also wouldn't let him have first dibs on the sushi we had for lunch.

IJustLovePirates · 17/04/2021 13:17

I talked to the dog

Saisong · 16/04/2021 21:41

This cat servant was not sufficiently appreciative of the live mouse brought to the back yard. It was therefore my fault that the mouse escaped into the undergrowth while Dear Cat tried to gain my attention. After a period of serious side-eye she huffed off. Vengeance was wreaked about an hour later when she reappeared with (presumably) the same poor mouse, and it was ostentatiously munched up on the back doorstep - she maintained serious eye contact during the last slurp of the skinny tail. Just look what you made me do was the clear message!

Pudmyboy · 16/04/2021 21:09

My beloved moggie was woken up abruptly by me snorting with laughter at this thread. If looks could kill.....

Mybestestfriend · 16/04/2021 14:39

I took away the ketchup bottle to show her there was no mouse behind it. She had been standing on her hind legs studying it for some time. The mouse is behind the back of the shelf so not actually in it.

Her mind is blown and she is Disappointed.

Sidge · 16/04/2021 14:36

My cat has a lovely Resting Bitch Face. She practices perfecting it whilst watching me do yoga. It’s very off putting.

Mind you I had to just give her some ham in repentance as I managed to throw water over her. I threw some dead flowers away and chucked the vase water in the bush. In my defence I didn’t know she was in that bush. No doubt she will now kill me in my sleep tonight.

FurForksSake · 16/04/2021 14:03

Cat is refusing the new bed, may search DH's drawers for the cashmere stash... he has a very nice scarf that might be acceptable? DH has moved the bed around, placed biscuits in it and generally tried to express his sorry. Licky treats and new Stinkies are coming tomorrow in the hope that a peace may be brokered.
