TC is clearly suitably impressed by his fame

Not plastic decorations, those icicles are by-products of Sybil’s freezing stare.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 20/03/2021 12:03

Not that I am critiquing your NDN, mind. After all, they have marvelous taste in cats.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 20/03/2021 12:01

is it just me or does NDNs house look a bit Spanish or Southern Italian?

You're right - it is slightly (Hmm) unusual styling for the home counties, but riverside properties round us tend to be an eclectic mix.

I was thinking that!

Also, is it just me or does NDNs house look a bit Spanish or Southern Italian?

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 20/03/2021 11:48

NDN still has Christmas icicles up?
They match the dead Christmas tree that is still on our patio Grin.
Lenny and Karl are both regularly spotted inside NDN's workshop at the front of his house. I suspect they do regard it as a quid pro quo arrangement.
I'm just worried that Lenny has been reading MN and is taking lessons from @Oldraver 's Colin.

Will the roof bear TC's weight?

nettie434 · 20/03/2021 10:50

I put Leroy not Lenny - apologies to both.

nettie434 · 20/03/2021 10:49

Leroy is very brave. Presumably he has decided that if TC can barge into his house and loll about in his garden, he can try the same on TC's roof.

Interesting goings on this morning.
Lenny is on NDN's roof. Now TC has appeared to investigate

Definitely marking you as 'his'.

Supersimkin2 · 16/03/2021 22:25

TC showing his kitten side, the sweetness.

AlfonsoTheTerrible · 15/03/2021 11:33

Careful, Grumpy. TC was probably measuring you for something under the guise of sniffing your coat.

TheLongRider · 14/03/2021 22:58

@CassandraCross It's the button on the coat. The angle of the photo is straight down so the button looks very odd. You can see buttonholes in one of the pictures.

CongealedCrags · 14/03/2021 20:17

It's all becoming clearer.

There's TC, the cat who terrorises you, your car, your boat, your house, your garden, your children and your cats - and then there's your neighbour's other cat, TC's identical but nicer and less violent sibling who is an indoor cat, sits on your neighbour's lap, generally quite pleasant. That must have been who you saw today on a rare outing.

Either that or TC has moved onto the next phase: Mind Games.

CassandraCross · 14/03/2021 16:26

Had Sybil been sitting on it or rubbing against it?

and um, what's that funny looking hook thingy on the bottom of said coat????

AnneKipanki · 14/03/2021 16:24

Just to give you a false sense of security!

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 14/03/2021 15:15

No idea why - but TC was incredibly interested in my coat when I arrived home today. Front paws up on my leg and had a really good sniff. Remarkably there was none of his usual aggression!

Yes, only claiming his rightful catdom.

OilBeefHooked · 11/03/2021 18:12

Can't break in to his own house Grin

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 11/03/2021 18:00

TC broke in again today.

I opened the back door to let Karl into the living room and TC was through the door like the proverbial rat up a drainpipe. I stepped over him to shut the door to the hall to avoid him taking over the rest of the house, so he attacked my legs and hissed at me.
He then left. Our other three cats were on chairs in the living room the whole time just looking bemused.
Following this I got shouted at by Mrs Grumpy for letting him in Grin

So gorgeous!

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 10/03/2021 16:51

True persistence shown today. It may be windy and raining but TC is still outside and is staying put despite me telling him to go home.
Mind you he did have a minor spat with Basil earlier...
And yes I know I haven't got round to recycling the Christmas tree yet

Eyes like lasers, but I detect a bit of a smirk there so very possibly a come hither my Romeo as YetAnother so wisely pointed out!

@AnneKipanki

A hole right through TC!
