I used one of those foot peel masks & was peeling the skin off. My beagle ran in & ate it all! 🤢

He also rolls in fox shit. And knocked over bathroom bin & took out tampon applicator & ... cleaned it 🤢

My staffy, when she was a puppy, ate the arses out of my DS' pants.

My lovely lap cat is unfortunately also a prolific hunter when out. He has failed to learn that frogs disagree with him so on more times than I care to remember I have been greeted by a pile of cat sick on the kitchen floor complete with half digested frog.
The most disgusting for me though was when I was relaxing on the sofa and he jumped up and did the usual cat greeting of sticking his bum in my face- with a live tapeworm segment working it’s way out which proceeded to drop onto my chest 🤢 He has always had a regular flea and worming treatment but the worming tablet is even more frequent now!!!

Horehound · 18/01/2020 23:34

Ate a human poop that someone had done on a mountain in Skye and then wiped her face on my friend ..

TeetotalKoala · 18/01/2020 23:33

God this is thread that just keeps on giving. Actual tears. Magic gumball machine just about finished me off.

Oldishusernewname · 18/01/2020 23:33

Some brilliant stories on here, I used to walk dogs for a living and the things I've had to pull out of labradors' arses could fill a book Grin

Oldishusernewname · 18/01/2020 23:31

My beautiful, gentle, (mostly) well behaved, generally non gross Springer caught and killed a rabbit yesterday. She dropped it when I told her to so thankfully it didn't get gory but I can't quite look at her the same way. I'm a country person, brought up with gun dogs but I'm still a bit disgusted at her (completely normal) behaviour. Didn't think she had it in her. She was ever so pleased with herself though

Motorina · 18/01/2020 23:22

Ohhhh God, I've just remembered...

My cat was something of a hunter. Came and went as he pleases. When he did, I tended to cease the moment and worm him before he vanished again.

So, he does this giant post-worming diarrhoea poo. Full of dead and dying worms. All bubbly and wriggling and very, very stinky.

Before I could clear up, the beagles charged in and hoovered it up. Worms and all. There's not much that makes me retch but the sight of them slurping up worms in a cat shit stew really did.

Vile, vile creatures.

Girlwhowearsglasses · 18/01/2020 23:17

Dear departed cat- eagerly ate a slug that had somehow made it into the kitchen. Then Luke’s it up again instantly...

Motorina · 18/01/2020 23:15

@queenofoversharing ohhhh yes, absolutely.

My 11 month is currently standing at the bottom of the stairs howling because she's abandoned and alone and unloved. There's nothing to stop her coming up the stairs and getting into bed, but she doesn't seem to have worked that out.

Beagles are basically dickheads.

DickDewy · 18/01/2020 23:13

Dug up a recently departed rabbit from the garden. It was just in the liquefaction stage of decay - ie the skin was intact but everything inside was liquid.

He then proceeded to wolf the lot down because we were trying to get it off him. The smell was something else.

grincheux · 18/01/2020 23:10

The old worm half hanging out her arsehole, that's a sneaky one.

QueenOfOversharing · 18/01/2020 23:09

My younger dog used to follow him about, nose pressed to rump, like he was a magic gumball machine.

Magic gumball machine! 😂😂

My late lamented cat, Monty, was a nocturnal deliverer of gifts. Mice, specifically the head, arranged just outside my bedroom door for me to step on.
Urgh, the crunch was horrible! Woke me up more thoroughly than a cup of coffee, mind! (Which, to be fair, could be useful- but not at 2a.m. when it usually happened...)

QueenOfOversharing · 18/01/2020 23:07

@Leighhalfpennysthigh yeah - a huge boy! He was gorgeous, but very wobbly in back legs. And a shitty arse hole! 😩 On our walks I always share stories with beagle or lab / retriever owners about stuff they've eaten.

My friend’s dog Molly wolfed down on large portion of turd he found in an alleyway on a walk before he could be dragged away. Human turd, just to make things worse - it was in a spot frequented by an unfortunate local street drinker. Molly then proceeded to throw it up on the dining room carpet 30 minutes later..

QueenOfOversharing · 18/01/2020 23:05

@Motorina I swear ppl who own beagles have some kind of warped sense of humour. We need one! I arrange a beagle walk once a month near me & I love hearing the stories of what they've been up to! And who's been in the vets the longest!!

QueenOfOversharing · 18/01/2020 23:01

@Rachelfromfriends1 that's true. But how can mine turn his nose up at Tom Ford perfume in favour of a rancid bird carcass?? 😂

@champagneandfromage50 I'd rather mine wore a hat at a jaunty angle! 😂

Threw up in my Dad's shoe. Which he only discovered when he put it on.

Peed in my shoe. Ditto.

Eats cat poo, used sanpro, and knickers.

Ate DHs vomit.

Loves to trample in dog poo and spread it everywhere.

Drinks out of the toilet.

I love my dogs. Mostly.

Ariesscientist90 · 18/01/2020 22:47

My dog is disgusting so there are too many things to list them all, stand out ones to me are:

-She likes to lick our cat's bottom, which even more disgustingly he seems to enjoy??!, other cat does not tolerate this fortunately

-She has gotten into the bin in the bathroom twice and took used sanitary towels out and ripped them up all over the house, which was lovely to come home to

-She jumped up the counter and ate a whole pack of butter then vomited it in five different places around the house on carpet, which was horrendous to clean up

-One of our cats is greedy and inhales his food sometimes then throws up, she eats it, she also regularly tries and sometimes succeeds into getting into the litter trays and eating cat poo out of them

Motorina · 18/01/2020 22:39

Different dog, also a beagle.

When my nephew was a toddler, he had chronic constipation and would avoid going to the toilet cos it hurt. Instead, he'd produce little rabbit-dropping like turds from his trouser legs.

My younger dog used to follow him about, nose pressed to rump, like he was a magic gumball machine. He used to feed her his turd-nuggets. I'm not sure which one was more gross.

I'm saving that one up for his wedding.

Leighhalfpennysthigh · 18/01/2020 22:33

@QueenOfOversharing you had a Great Dane sit on your lap? Fucking hell. Respect ✊

Owner of retrievers - aka shit eaters.

FizzyIce · 18/01/2020 22:31

My cats have also rolled in fox shite .
Supposed to mask their scent apparently so foxes can’t eat them .
Worst thing I’ve ever smelt and I’ve smelt dead bodies !

FlaskMaster · 18/01/2020 22:30

On a country walk we went past some people fishing. They had a box, full of maggots or something fucking disgusting for bait, just laid open. Dog stuck his head in and ate it all. They were livid. Blush

Motorina · 18/01/2020 22:29

Same dog. Day before we were due to go to Crufts to participate in a display. Found a dead deer in the woods, rotten to the just ripe stage. Rolled in it and emerged totally covered in a thick layer of fermented deer fat, and stuffed herself into immobility.

The dog I took to Crufts was fluffy from repeated shampooing, so bloated she looked obese, and I spent the entire day hoping she wouldn't crap in the arena.

Didn't stop her begging off all the food stalls, though. "Would the cute little dog like a treat?" Yes. Yes she would.

(Queen: also a beagle owner. I feel your pain.)

Motorina · 18/01/2020 22:25

My dog ate a bottle of baby oil. Which had, uhhh, consequences. Distressing and explosively messy ones. She'd clearly tried to groom herself and had instead covered herself and everything in range with mixed liquid turd and mineral oil.

White dog. Cream carpet. It was memorable.

norbert23 · 18/01/2020 22:20

Our dog stole a sausage off the bbq and ate it whole, it was obviously far too hot as she promptly barfed it back up in the middle of the patio, let it cool slightly and then ate it again...
