Thanks all - keep well everyone. Looking for any silver lining; at least when we do get locked down the cats will be pleased. Until the food runs out

Back home after a couple of hours.
Same cats still on the doorstep - but at least they seem to be coexisting peacefully now.

Talking of fat though - TC is on our water butt this morning. I went to stroke his head which he was agreeable to for a couple of strokes, but then tried to bite me.

I hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way Grumpy but I think of your situation as being like a bit like the Three Little Pigs, with the Big Bad Wolf outside trying to come in. In some versions the wolf starts out being friendly, saying they can all have a lovely time living together. TC is a handsome beast but you can definitely see the leopard cat genes in him.

I would like to confirm that all hissing was from the thug. Neither Mrs. Grumpy nor I make a habit of hissing.

As to "What’s the worst that could happen if you let the little innocent love bug in?" My immediate thoughts are...
Sybil needing therapy?
Human residents of the Grumpy household getting shredded limbs?
Uncontrollable cat wars?
Armageddon?
