I have a dress almost exactly like that for wearing over my bikini at the beach. But it's designed for wearing over swimwear... that thing is clearly not!

And there is absolutely no underwear you could use. Everyone would know you're completely naked. One wrong move and you'd unravel completely.

Think one of my daughters classmates has that dress (16 year old) No way could I pull that off.
I mean I literally couldn't pull that off, I would get tangled up and fall over.
