Prep h will temporarily tighten skin but it doesnt shrink fat.

Sorry to say it but you need diet and exercise to shrink fat. All the mud masks do is dehydrate you.

I'm now doubting your specialist credentials OP - I also bought the foot file on recommendations on S&B and had my high hopes dashed - it didn't make a blind bit of difference. I will use the anusol wrap and give you a chance to redeem yourself. But be warned, i operate a 3 strikes and you are out on hair brained beauty schemes (you didn't advice on the dermaflannel too did you???? hmmm?).

Btw i don't consider the cat litter a hair brained scheme - that is an obvious beauty gospel given. Wink

I cant believe the things mn has me doing in the name of getting skinny Grin.

I thought it was bad when i visited every boots within 25 miles to get hold of a soap and glory foot file whilst 9 months pregnant.

never would I have thought id be so eager to rub cat litter into my body though Hmm.
