OP, has no one suggested a name change to PearyHotter for you?

HairyPotter · 04/02/2014 21:02

Y'know, dh said he didn't notice anything odd about it Hmm just scooped and binned.

He's one of them isn't he? Now there is two in the house. Shock

Ooh Stripy where are you from? Give me a clue and I can drop it off at yours later

Hang on Hairy what's that behind you?

Housemum · 04/02/2014 20:49

Hmm, now scared about every food group. Is it possible to survive on cola and vitamins?

LemonMousse · 04/02/2014 20:48

Pears - they used to be so sweet and innocent...

What on earth is inside my pear?
DipDabDabDip · 04/02/2014 20:46

Oh thank The Lord x-posts.

BillyBanter · 04/02/2014 20:45

Has your DH no spirit of adventure, no insatiably curious mind? What did he think of it?

It looks less alien cutted up tbf.

DipDabDabDip · 04/02/2014 20:43

Shock just Shock

It's gone?

Get out of the house...set it on fire first though just to be on the safe side!

giraffesCantMakeResolutions · 04/02/2014 20:39

I will give you 100 pounds if you eat a bit. Do you have paypal?

That line made me LAUGH!

stripeygreensocks · 04/02/2014 20:34

Hairy please ask your dh to retrieve the mutant pear/zombie/baby pear mouse and burn it. I'm local to you (the McDonalds tale gave it away), and I'm not keen on this spreading, I need my pear fix

TalkieToaster · 04/02/2014 20:20

Oooh! It's probably attached itself to your DH like one of those brain slugs off Futurama. Check the back of his head and behind his hairs, just in case.

puggywug81 · 04/02/2014 20:15

You do realize that the mutant pears can make the crumble soggy and sneak through!

ChrisMooseMickey · 04/02/2014 20:08

This thread is hilarious. Never again will I eat a pear. Never, again.

I am daan saaaaath so the pear beasties won't catch me (hopefully behind the crumble line)

ElbowPrincess · 04/02/2014 19:52

I hate MN.

AlpacaLypse · 04/02/2014 19:49

I love MN.

SmellyFartado · 04/02/2014 19:42

That's what he's telling you Hairy but the mutant mouse pear baby may have got your DH under its control.....they'll be springing up from the ground shortly like in War of the Worlds with Tom Cruise

HairyPotter · 04/02/2014 19:38

Panic over! Dh had come home, chucked it in the bin and went back out again. Not that he came back just to put it in the bin you understand. He just happened to see it sitting there twitching and disposed of it.

So, alien zombie mouse pear baby is back in the outside bin where he belongs. Still no idea what the feck it is though.

It's sat in your living room watching Eastenders with it's feet up. You'll hear a little voice shouting through for a cup of tea in a minute.

SourSweets · 04/02/2014 19:32

The alien baby has grown up and left home...

notjustamummythankyou · 04/02/2014 19:29

Omfg. Shock

Hopasholic · 04/02/2014 19:24

Well it's gone off to hide under your bed obviously. Grin

Watch out, there'll be another, they always come in pairs Smile

Coumarin · 04/02/2014 19:23
Shock
WowserBowser · 04/02/2014 19:20

I told you to put it in a dark room see if it moved!

Misspixietrix · 04/02/2014 19:20

Hairy you know when our Parents used to say if we left something long enough it would 'grow legs and walk'. Erm? How do you want us to break it to you? Grin .

SmellyFartado · 04/02/2014 19:15

HAIRY !!!!! You do realise that many of us won't sleep knowing that the Pear Beastie is on the loose. I was only logging back in to ask in a Monica Geller stylee if you'd bleached your house the knife and work top around said mutant pear.

Do we need to tool up for Pearmaggeddon? I have a shovel in the garden and a hefty rolling pin
