Please feel free to ask questions and if I know the answer I will tell you, also feel free to answer others questions!

My stupid question is

Would I be able to see nits in my sons very short hair if he had them? (He has short brown hair)?

i didn't know that about syrian hamsters (hate all hamsters) good question!

SchrodingersFanny · 02/06/2013 18:24

why do all hairdressers wear black? well loads do.

TheHerringScreams · 02/06/2013 18:22

Why pandas?
How the hell did they evolve to be so....thick?

And how is if evolutionary beneficial for Syrian hamsters to kill each other on sight? Not just territorially at all, but on neutral ground from a certain age they will kill each other, or die trying. Why?

And why do we dream?

Maat · 02/06/2013 18:21

Alisvolatpropiis - do you think they'd be kind enough to wear some of the items in my wardrobe so that I could become trendy? Grin

NumTumDeDum · 02/06/2013 18:19

Beano, no theire foreskin is fused at birth and you shouldn't try to force it back. Very easy to clean. But be prepared for him to pee on you. A lot.
Ds's range was far bigger than dd's.

My Question is why can I not reason myself out of being afraid of doing something. E.g. Picking up a tarantula. Handler says it's fine, and I trust the handler, but I still can't do it.

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2013 18:18

Maat once Kate Moss/Sienna Miller et al has worn something similar usually it becomes vintage and stylish rather than just old fashioned.

DuvetHog · 02/06/2013 18:16

How do seedless oranges or grapes grow, if there are no seeds?

BeanoNoir · 02/06/2013 18:16

Thank you. I'm a bit relieved about that tbh.

suckmabigtoe · 02/06/2013 18:15

beano i have two boys and have never done that to clean their willies. i asked EXp at the time and he said it would hurt them as the foreskin at that age doesn't retract fully.

Maat · 02/06/2013 18:11

When is something considered to be "vintage" and therefore desirable as opposed to just plain old fashioned?

suckmabigtoe · 02/06/2013 18:11

oh a real one just popped into my head. been wondering this for a while.

when flies and fleas bite you it hurts/itches at that moment. so you know they're there and will kill them (if you can catch the buggers) so i'm wondering why they have that 'warning' system to let you know you're being bitten when it could mean they will die? why hasn't evolution meant that the ones who itch didn't survive?

BeanoNoir · 02/06/2013 18:11

I am expecting dc2 soon, scan says it's a boy. I have experience of girl babies but not boys. Do you have to pull a baby boy's foreskin back to clean it, or just leave it to clean itself? I feel really thick asking this and have never even seen a baby boy naked so don't know how stupid a question it is.

Alisvolatpropiis · 02/06/2013 18:11

What's it like having an older father? My dp is older than me and whilst i'll be considered "young" he will not. Always wondered what is was like for the children though.

Sorry if that lowered the tone at all but I really need to know. Grin

FarelyKnuts · 02/06/2013 18:08

Mooface apparently people who are born blind dream with all their other senses but if they had any experience of sight (even as a baby) then they dream with pictures too.

TheRealFellatio · 02/06/2013 18:08

I have always wanted to know what goes on in gay sex between men. Do they both take it up the bum, and take turns, or does only one of them act as the 'receiver' and the other is always the 'giver'? And if so, when they meet, how do they ascertain which is ying and which is yang, as it were? Confused

suckmabigtoe · 02/06/2013 18:05

can you tell me what my EXp really earns?

Grin
FarelyKnuts · 02/06/2013 18:05

Natasha, I know there is some diversity in Aussie accents but not a huge degree and as you say considering the size of the place. It isn't easily distinguished either, I lived there the first 20 years of my life and still would struggle to pick where someone is from.

mooface · 02/06/2013 18:02

How do people who have been blind all their lives dream?

FarelyKnuts · 02/06/2013 18:00

Oh and if your appendix and your tonsils are as disposable and not useful as they say they are then why haven't we just got rid of them (evolutionary wise I mean)?

And another stupid one I always wonder about is do I see stuff the same as other people. For example when I see the colour blue am I seeing it the same as someone else.

I think about useless shit way too much :o

If moths like the light so much, why don't they come out during the day?
