Sorry am on phone so apologies if this makes no sense but he was doing t-Rex in Asda so i slapped his arm (not hard obviously) and he got really cross and said he'd stand however he wants and stormed off. It was really embarrassing as loads of people were staring and he'd told me to remind him anyway! He's acting like nothing has happened now. Aibu to not just let it drop?

WhosPickleisThatOnion · 22/06/2012 16:27

Oh god mr burns! Yes I see how that can happen is it the finger action?

FrankieAnne · 22/06/2012 16:25

Please be careful doing t-rex as he has been doing it all his life but if done wrong can end up being Mr Burns. In the same way, rabbit can end up being guinea pig and Mole can end up being man asleep. Start off with spiderman if you can be tony maguire as it can't go wrong unless your face is different.

You really ought to crash through the counter roaring uncontrollably and touch all the goods with your little reptilian arms?

Magrathea · 22/06/2012 15:46

or see if we can get vibration rings on the free samples of juice in those little plastic cups

Magrathea · 22/06/2012 15:45

We could take some torches and recreate that scene from Jurrasic Park by the bakery counter

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 22/06/2012 15:26

Come over to style and beauty

thanksamillion · 22/06/2012 15:25

Do you think I could fashion some kind of basket-esc holder? The only thing here is a small village shop. Would that do? I'd have to purchase the goods first though because they're all behind the counter and you can't touch them until you've paid.

Cathycomehome · 22/06/2012 15:21

See, I was having a bit of a miserable moment just then, until I rediscovered this thread Grin Grin

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 22/06/2012 15:13

T-Rex in the milk aisle.

TantrumsAndBalloons · 22/06/2012 15:11

No, no, no.

It has to be a supermarket.

Did you not read the crucial point from the op when she explained he cuddles the basket sorry I'm not sure if that comes before or during but it is definitely a crucial part of t rexing.

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 22/06/2012 15:09

T-Rex at the supermarket.

Salmotrutta · 22/06/2012 15:05

I'll be doing the Three Monkeys later on tonight I expect.

My cats do The Velociraptor, in the garden, amongst the rhubarb.

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 22/06/2012 15:04

Great - Morrisons, here I come!

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 22/06/2012 15:04

I think Subway would be a great T-Rexing place!

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 22/06/2012 15:01

Do you have a local deli? A cafe? A phone box?

Anywhere is appropriate for T-Rexing.

thanksamillion · 22/06/2012 15:00

I'm crying with laughter here. I really want to do the T-Rex but my nearest supermarket it 1.5 hours away Sad. Can you suggest somewhere else suitable? (I'm overseas btw).

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 22/06/2012 14:58

Everyday day I'm T-Rexing

(Sing to 'everyday I'm shuffling')

SillyBeardyDaddyman · 22/06/2012 14:55

He needs a slap when he's a T-Rex...

PooPooInMyToes · 22/06/2012 14:45

Op. Are you the one who was embarrassed about her boyfriend because other people thought he had special needs?

MoonlightandRoses · 22/06/2012 14:26

Would it be too early to ask what kind of rabbit?
Not the umm, motorised version, I hope? Grin

RobinSparkles · 22/06/2012 13:54

I am absolutely dying with laughter! :o

YY to T-Rex flash mob!!!! Shall we all go wearing green or do you think that would be too obvious?

TantrumsAndBalloons · 22/06/2012 12:47

zippee
To summarise.

The ops DH likes to cuddle groceries and be a t Rex in Asda but knows its a bit off so asks op to slap him if he does it

She slapped him.

He shouted and roared walked off

We have since discovered he likes to be an owl (not sure how) Spiderman (by doing his face like tony maguire) and a mole (by driving, watching tv and getting dressed with his eyes closed)

The op does not mind this, but is a bit wary of mole.
She does have a problem with rabbit which is yet to be clarified.

NowThenWreck · 22/06/2012 12:46

yy I will be in Mozzas being a T-Rex then.

TantrumsAndBalloons · 22/06/2012 12:43

No, it has to be Asda

Take the bus!!

Actually maybe it would be better if we did do all the supermarkets, we wouldn't want any one to feel left out!
