I am 39w pg and dh and I have to travel to his home town to fill in some paperwork. the idiot has neglected to book us a hotel or even a B&B, we dont even know whether there is even a hospital nearby, at this rate I'll be giving rate in a bleddy barn!

part of me thinks he has done this on purpose (baby isnt his) AIBU to be flaming furious with him?

Although that rogue Matthew spread rumours that M & J were married already my mate Luke will tell you they are only engaged..

NuttySanta · 16/12/2010 21:33

At least your getting away from the MiL, mine was very interfering. Have you packed your bags yet? I saw these bike panniers Aren't they Fab! Xmas Smile I'm sure they can go over a donkey

avantia, he does love me. not many men would stand by a pregnant 16yo, knowing that he will never match up to the baby's father!

Sounds like a bit of a threesome in the relationship, a sort of trinity.

I'd be cautoius about that Gabriel guy, was he not visiting your cousin Elizabeth as well?
Makes himself out to be an angel but there's something arch about him methinks

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:30

joseph, I am great with child. we have bread and a fish in the kitchen. and have you found us anywhere yet? hmm? we'll just have to hope someone takes pity on us!

sorry about that ladies, see, still doesnt qute trust me. Im sure it'll be fine once the baby is here.

now names... I dont really like brian, (know far too many naughty ones) Id like something beginning with a J. our family name is david.

So if you're still a virgin then your marriage to DH hasn't been consumated ? I'd divorce him now , go to a nunnery and take the baby with you . You'll be safe with the church - no harm will come to you or the baby

JosephofNazareth · 16/12/2010 21:26

Right then lass, get your arse of the internet and cook my bloody tea. You won't put out, you witter endlessly about some bloke called Gabriel - blimming poofter I am sure - and don't trust me to make the travel arrangements.

NuttySanta · 16/12/2010 21:25

Avantia Ho Ho Ho

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:25

MrsSnaplegs, he uses a sort of ghost writer. he is however, a very powerful man. I disclosed the name we all know him by on netmums but they didnt believe me.

I've just read the OP out to my DH and he said "What do you mean the baby isn't DH's?" I read it again, while ROFLing and finally the penny dropped.... Clearly this is women's humour and not mens!!

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:23

Milngavie, exactly that. as i said, dh is a carpenter and has made one, but knowing my luck I'll give birth while we are away. my EDD is one week today, what are the odds of him arriving right on time?

Avantia, we didnt even have sex Xmas Shock I really am still a virgin. noone believes me though Xmas Sad.

MrsSnaplegs · 16/12/2010 21:21

Milngavie · 16/12/2010 21:19

I've heard marvelous things about Egypt post parturnum....

Avantia · 16/12/2010 21:17

You know you could write a book about what's happened to you .. I bet the kids father has a few tales to tell .

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:16

thank you mothernature, we will.

ratspeaker, he is indeed. it was a bit wobbly at first. he even wanted to go onto jeremy kyle, but then gabriel had a word with him and he has been great since.

we are still young but very much in love.

ratspeaker · 16/12/2010 21:12

I gather your fiancee isnt the baby's father but he is going to be there at the birth, so at least it's a stable relationship

I second shipscat idea for a name, especially if he turns out to be just a very naughty boy

mothernature · 16/12/2010 21:12

Just make sure after baby born and you are ready to return you and DH leave by a different road, Ive heard bad things about a bloke called Herod...

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:10

avantia, its a real worry for me. and if everyone finds out that he isnt dh's (we have decided to be totally honest from the start) they will crucify him. you know how cruel people can be. but i shall raise him to forgive all sins.

OP posts:
stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:04

timeforabiscuit, that is a worry. I dont think I'll have that long to recover after the birth tbh, some of the laws he has passed and cuts he has made will really affect us

OP posts:
Avantia · 16/12/2010 21:03

he may be G & T , but it will be cross to bare in later life ...

stillavirgin · 16/12/2010 21:02

i really think this baby is special though. does it make me sound PFB if i suggest that he may be G&T? his dad is a master creator. should I encourage that side of him should it emerge?
