She can probably fatten him up while she's in M&S buying panini (surely it should be one panino though?). Think of it as multi-tasking.

TrillianAstra · 05/10/2010 12:06

WHat, no return to call us all BEACHES?

HowsTheSerenity · 05/10/2010 12:06

Caboodle - do you have obese children, I feel that is the key.

bran · 05/10/2010 12:03

As you were, I found the chai latte thread. It turns out that the 'latte' part of the name indicates that the milk has been frothed up by one of those steamer thingys before being added to the chai.

The only milky tea I will consider drinking is teh tarik, I'd like to see the staff at Starbucks trying to make one of those. Wink

Caboodle · 05/10/2010 12:03

Just off to pick up DS from nursery in 4x4, will probably pop into M+S now and whilst eating said panini will put on best cat's bum face whilst bitchily scheming about people I don't give a rat's arse about. Have I covered all the bases yet - can I join MN now? :)

MrsChemist · 05/10/2010 12:02

Rockbird, the gingerbread latte is amazing Doesn't taste of coffee, but it does taste of awesome.

frakkinnakkered · 05/10/2010 12:00

Looked.
Read.
Still failing to see what point it is exactly that you're trying to make.

jonicomelately · 05/10/2010 12:00

Thanks MrsChemist. I'll find out where my nearest Cafe Nero is Smile

bran · 05/10/2010 11:59

Is chai latte a real drink then? Surely the 'latte' description is redundant as chai is already very milky?

Please note that I couldn't read the OP as it hurt my eyes, so I'm only commenting on other comments. Did anyone actually manage to make it through the whole OP?

Rockbird · 05/10/2010 11:58

Has anyone had a Starbucks gingerbread wotsit that they advertise in the winter? It sounds nice when I'm freezing my arse off on the way to work in my limo but have never had one.

sonia77 · 05/10/2010 11:56

I think you will find the terminology is cats bum face ...

But I aint. Posh cos my coffee is from aldis and I cleaned toilets to pay for my sons food. So fuck off. Pretty please.

LtEveDallas · 05/10/2010 11:55

Hold on a minute - I've been a mumsnetter for 5 years now, where's my 4X4? I want one Miss - me, Miss, me.

(Oh and Dd isnt spoilt, obese, allergy ridden or smug. I, on the other hand...am)

TheCrackFox · 05/10/2010 11:54

"SELFISHNESS OF MODERN DAY WOMEN IN ENGLAND" - I don't live in England.

I take it geography wasn't your strong point at school?

MummyBerryJuice · 05/10/2010 11:54

Can I have mine home delivered? I don't have enough cash to fill my car.

Kaloki · 05/10/2010 11:53

Dione Good point! I demand a panini!

What do we want? PANINI! When do we want it? NOW!

MrsChemist · 05/10/2010 11:53

I think Cafe Nero do Chai Lattes.

emmyloulou · 05/10/2010 11:52

Go and put your rant in the Daily Mail comments column as that is obviously where you have just been reading.
