I'm up for Friday, Val. I don't even like chocolate particularly, but am happy to take one for the team. Wink

Valpollicella · 10/08/2010 23:17

X posts with SGB

You're safe!

Thank god we didn't lose you SGB.

So did they do much probing?

gigglewitch · 10/08/2010 23:14

I told you before, I can't WAIT til Friday. Not when it's so big and it's looking at me

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/08/2010 23:14

SGB, you are welcome by the way. I gave up my evening to mortal peril for your sake - No thanks necessary.

Ok so how about 3pm on Friday...Crunchy Crunchie time?

We can start a thread an' all?

SolidGoldBrass · 10/08/2010 23:10

Bloody MNHQ denizens abducty aliens! They drag you off, dazzle you with their big silver heads, take compromising pictures, subject you to an anal probe and then the bastards never call, never email, never flatten the vegetable patch late at night making enticing beepy noises...

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 10/08/2010 23:09

I think we should still all have a crunchie this friday to celebrate Crunchy getting out relatively unscathed.

It would be like a minute of silence - except the silence is because we are all stuffing our faces with chocolate. Smile

gigglewitch · 10/08/2010 23:06

oooh, crunchie-porn

gigglewitch · 10/08/2010 23:05

I'm more worried about that KurriKurri volunteering me and my tinfoil to make something for Tech's gusset Shock They obviously don't appreciate how out of practice I am with that hot glue gun...

KurriKurri · 10/08/2010 23:04

Someone better get going on this just in case there's an emergency.

Valpollicella · 10/08/2010 22:56

Contain yourself Giggle. We're dealing with a fugitive from MN's justice here...

gigglewitch · 10/08/2010 22:47

cor. A life-size crunchy wrapped in foil... I must have had too much merlot as well

VirginonRidiculous · 10/08/2010 22:42

Oh oh Thumbwitch , not stereotyping all of you Aussies but...when I did live out there there just seemed to be more people in touch with that sort of 'jazz'. Mind you I did spend quite a bit of time in Byron so you must understand that I can't put all of you Aussies in the same bracket as Byron is a law unto itself. ;-). I used to read a magazine out there called Nexus which really advocated things such as Tin foil gussets (well maybe hats but I do like to exaggerate occasionally) Grin. The magazine also was hot on the fact that George Bush was part of a secret Lizard Alien family who ruled the underworld and were in disguise above the Earths crust so...hey ho! Great mag, better than Closer.

Valpollicella · 10/08/2010 22:28

Oh My God

Crunchy

Are you ok?

What happened???? What did MNHQ do to you?

chaostrulyreigns · 10/08/2010 21:19

Ffs.

Crunchy.

Merlot. Grin

chaostrulyreigns · 10/08/2010 21:18

Have you got any inexplicable marks in, erm, strange places Chrunchy?

CrunchyNutCornflake · 10/08/2010 21:13

It's a... it's a long long story guys.

But... did someone say "crunchie"?

OP posts:
KurriKurri · 10/08/2010 15:02

Be prepared for a different world when you get out SGB .... a world where everyone dresses in tin foil fascinators, where the punishment for misbehaviour category 1 is a trip to the Nutcracker Suite, and where if people go missing overnight their collections get half inched.

thumbwitch · 10/08/2010 14:24

Soon have you out of there!

Mind the ants..

SolidGoldBrass · 10/08/2010 14:15

Mmmph! Mmmph! Mmmph!

HelenMumsnet · 10/08/2010 14:00

Nah, he can only have the gusset if he's really PROPERLY sorry...

KurriKurri · 10/08/2010 13:20

It seems cruel Helen, but it needs to be done. On the plus side, I've heard Gigglewitch can fashion a sturdy gusset for those with unusual downstairs requirements.

thumbwitch · 10/08/2010 13:17

someone think of a place that is dry, dusty and rarely visited - oh I know, mine's a Sahara. Grin

watch that glue gun there GW - you'll be sticking the foil to...

oh too late
